Great house for family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kids and parents really enjoyed the finished basement “game room” that had many fun activities. House was very roomy, very convenient to places we wanted to see, very pretty & quiet neighborhood.

we all enjoyed our stay ! The house was comfortable, clean, spacious and clean enough that we did not feel compelled to go for outings all day and night.

Great house!

Had a great stay at this house! Its fresh and clean and our kids loved the basement and bunk beds!! Would love to stay there again in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The second night we had to call the office because the CO detector was alarming and telling us to leave the house. A message was taken by the answering service but no one ever got back to us. We opened most of the windows and doors and it eventually went off. The floors and kitchen bench area were not clean. There were crumbs on both and dirt/sand on the floor. We also couldn't use the yard much because the sprinklers came on everyday from approximately 1:00-2:00 pm. The refrigerator had no ice maker or ice cube trays.

We take anything involving your safety very seriously and will be looking into what happened with the answering service. We’re also sorry the home wasn’t as clean as it should have been and understand how the sprinklers and lack of ice trays were frustrating during your stay. We’ll be sure to share this feedback with our cleaning team and the owner. We truly appreciate you bringing these things to our attention and are sorry your stay wasn’t the experience we want for our guests.

Perkins Way

The property has a nice layout and is reasonably well appointed. However, the pillows, bed comforters and twin mattresses should be upgraded.

Our family gathering

For the first time ever my wife and I were together with her three daughters and their children. I was truly blessed to be with them! We enjoyed everything about time at your location. Between playing games, eating meals together, enjoying evening campfires with s'mores and so much more provided a wonderful time of bonding and family love. Thank you! We will be back.

The house is so comfortable and there is so much for us to do as a family we don't have to leave too much other than to hit the beach! When friends visit with us they are amazed at the basement game room and the kids love the yard. We have had two fantastic weeks here and plan to visit again next year! Thanks for another great week of memories.

Great House in a quiet, convenient location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 17 Perkins Way. The house was spacious, clean and newly updated. The deck and the backyard were perfect spots to enjoy games and a fire pit after a long day at the beach. The bedrooms were large, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of seating for dinner. The only input I have is that the bedrooms really need to have some dressers. There are no dressers in the bedrooms although the closets are outfitted, but a dresser is still helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends or stay again when we’re on the Cape.
