This 2BR/2BA BEACHFRONT condo is ideally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and nearby Lighthouse Park.

The living area is soft blue with comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV and a furnished beachfront deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The well-equipped kitchen with Gulf views has all standard appliances and a shaded balcony looking toward the community swimming pool. The coffee maker is a 12 cup drip with a single cup drip option.

Upstairs is a calmly hued beachfront master bedroom with Queen bed and beach views with private balcony overlooking the Gulf. This master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower.

Across the hall, a second bedroom in teal offers 2 Full/Double beds to sleep a total of 4 guests The second bathroom with shower and laundry center is located between these two bedrooms.

Tile floors throughout the main living space with brand-new carpeted bedrooms, there are 12 stairs to reach the main living area and another 12 stairs to reach the bedroom level.

The Villas of St. George complex has 42 units. The community offers use of a large community swimming pool with outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grilling area, fish cleaning station and beach boardwalk. Centrally located, you will have easy access to the center of St. George Island where area businesses and restaurants are located!

Parking is available for vehicle parking only; boats, trailers and RVs are not allowed. Please note, parking is not assigned but parking passes are required (provided by management).

We loved the beach view especial upstairs balcony with the longe chairs. The decor was beautiful every little detail.appreciated the beach equipment credit. The only thing we would say we had an issue with the tv couldnā€™t get cable and the streaming pls lagged awfully. SGI atmosphere so peaceful and laid back

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean & well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, also. The location can't be surpassed & we enjoyed the view of the Gulf of America. It was nice to have to pool to relax by, in addition to having the beach so near.

Wonderful!

Loved our stay in this condo on the beach! Itā€™s perfectly located right on the Gulf, very clean, and in a cute little neighborhood. St. George is very easy to get around, as many attractions are within walking distance. Also, thereā€™s a great bike path on the island that we were able to enjoy with the bikes we rented. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent beachfront view!

This unit, and St. George Island, are a great place to visit of you want to getaway from crowds and sit on the beach! It is centrally located on the island, great for exploring. The unit itself was very nicely decorated and clean. The only downside is the two flights of stairs to get to your luggage up to the bedrooms.

Perfect Spot for a Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo was spotless, the view was outstanding, the bed slept great, and it was within walking distance to many restaurants and places of interest. The communication was excellent with the rental office before and during our stay. We highly recommend! Our only suggestion would be to consider adding more lighting to the living area and second bedroom. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we needed. Great beach view. The stairs may be an issue for some people. As soon as you walk in the door, you have to go up a set of stairs. You also have to go up another set of stairs to get to the bedrooms and the bathrooms. It wasn't an issue for us at all. Definitely would book again.

Our unit was amazing. Just like the pictures. It had everything we needed. It was close to everything. A few minor negatives were we did not get access to unit until probably 30 minutes past promised check in time. We had stopped for groceries before arriving but luckily had in cooler on ice. The pool area needs more attention. The garbage cans poolside would be overflowing at the end of the day. Garbage falling on ground. Chairs by pool badly stained. Ground around pool needed swept. Lots and lots of debris in pool. We only saw pool maintenance a couple times. Need garbage can by beach entrance. People just dropped garbage on way to and from beach - people didnā€™t want to access pool gate to use garbage can or take garbage to unit.
