This 2BR/2.5BA BEACHFRONT condo (Villa H-5) is ideally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and Lighthouse Park!

The living area is bright and beachy with comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV, VCR/DVD player and CD stereo, and opens onto a furnished beachfront deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Just past the living room is a large dining table for up to 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The well-equipped kitchen with Gulf views has all standard appliances and a balcony overlooking the parking area. A convenient half bath can be found in the living area.

Upstairs is the beachfront master bedroom with King bed, beachfront balcony, TV, DVD/VCR and private bathroom with newly tiled shower. Across the hall, a second bedroom offers 2 double beds and a TV. A bathroom with combination tub/shower and laundry center is located just outside of this bedroom. Both bathrooms remodeled Spring of 2025.

Tile floors throughout the main living space with carpeted bedrooms, there are 12 stairs to reach the main living area and another 12 stairs to reach the bedroom/bathroom level.

The Villas of St. George complex has 42 units. The community offers use of a large community swimming pool with outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grilling area, fish cleaning station and beach boardwalk. Centrally located, you will have easy access to the center of St. George Island where area businesses and restaurants are located! The Villas of St. George Island was constructed in the 1980's, and while it is a treasured piece of St. George Island history, the older architecture results in more narrow stairwells than modern day condominiums, so please plan accordingly.
