LOVED IT!!!

We just loved our stay! The beach is just stunning, acres of white sand, great for walking. We spent hours sitting on the oceanfront balcony just watching the waves and sea birds while enjoying the breeze from the ocean. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen well stocked. We hope to return for a longer stay, 4 days was too short.Thanks,

Perfect Wedding Weekend

This was the absolute best house for our family while our daughter had a small beach ceremony. The views were spectacular! The double doors to the patio allowed for ocean waves to relax us day and night. The downstairs was perfect to entertain and play games and watch movies! We did not want to leave!

Beautiful ocean view. Conveniently located.

Everything was as advertised. Found all we needed to make ourselves at home. Some trouble operating tvs in bedrooms. Too many remotes and no directions. All in all a great 4 day stay. Be sure to try The Elkhouse right around the corner!

Week vacation with family

We had a great time at this place. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and close proximity to everything around the area. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I wish it had was an outdoor grill. We will definitely consider this place again in the future when coming back to St Augustine.

Beach was not crowded in front of the house. House had everything that we needed and beds were comfortable. Very clean which is a plus. My only complaint was that The garage cans outside were full and I contacted Derek several times about that and he said he would send someone but no one ever came. When we left something had gotten into the bags and scattered garbage around.

The house was spotless and beautiful. Ample room with two separate living spaces. Right on the beach with gorgeous views. Close to town. The porch for sunrises and late afternoon drinks is ideal. Two notes: lots of stairs. And the dock to the beach could use refurbishing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at Beachfront Hideaway! The house is beautiful and in a great location (our section of the beach was not crowded the entire week). A shout-out to the cleaning crew-the property was spotless, and I am very picky! The new boardwalk was a nice touch too. No more splinters for these vacationers. The property manager Derrik was very helpful and responded immediately to any calls. The only thing that needed attention is the garbage collection. We ran out of cans to put the garbage in, and we weren't really sure if it was ever picked up during the week. But overall, we would recommend this house to everyone!

Wonderful location; awesome house!

Loved the house and location. Well-stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, nice bedding and plenty of bath towels. The only negative: could not get ceiling fans to work so spent warm nights in bedrooms. Texts to property manager regarding this issue went unanswered.
