PIckleball Paradise! Snow Lake Access and private dock

New private Pickleball Court! Our guests can enjoy our private pickleball court, perfect for enthusiasts and beginners alike. For those who love basketball, our court is equipped with a basketball hoop, offering a versatile space for both sports. Enjoy a game of pickleball in the morning and switch to shooting hoops in the afternoon. This unique amenity guarantees endless fun and fitness opportunities for guests of all ages.

Our newly constructed home (2022) has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Designed to comfortably sleep 12 guests, our open concept kitchen comes complete with dishes, cookware, and spices. There are also two separate living rooms, each with its own Smart TV for entertainment.

Indoor activities include ping pong, foosball, and Pac-Man, while outdoor activities when seasonally available feature pickleball court, basketball hoop (BRING YOUR OWN BASKETBALL), cornhole, and Kanjam. You can gather around the lower back patio propane Fire Pit on cool evenings or light up the upper deck gas grill for barbecuing on sunny afternoons. All linens are provided except for beach towels.

The dock is available if you bring a boat. Boat rental is available at the Corner Landing nearby. You can conveniently navigate your rental boat directly from Corner Landing rental to our dock. Enjoy the seasonal boat rental services offered at Corner Landing (CornerLanding.net) and take advantage of the convenience of parking your boat at our private dock. The easement to the dock is about a 200 yard walk across a yard, with access to Snow Lake, part of the Chain of Lakes that includes Lake James, Jimmerson Lake, and Big Otter Lake. Please note there is not a swimmable shoreline near the private dock. However, there is a public access site at the end of our road where you can swim and also, and just three miles away, you can find Pokagon State Park, which offers a sandy beach area. Additionally, there are various enjoyable attractions such as movie theaters, winery tours, as well as boat launches, shopping centers, and restaurants in the area.

New for 2025! A second home is now available right next door. Perfect for larger families or groups who’d like a bit more space—consider booking both homes together for your stay!

**NO Parking along roadway. Please park in driveway only. Parking is available for boat trailers.
