1A Sea Lane is located in the heart of the world-famous Palmetto Dunes Resort Hilton Head SC. This beautiful vacation rental is 5,500 sq ft. and gives everyone privacy and space. Just a short stroll from the white sandy beaches of Hilton Head Island, this home was built in 2008 and offers a grand interior with many upgrades. Enjoy the large pool and pool deck along with a spa overlooking the Robert Trent Jones Golf course. There is a convenient bath by the pool area and for all those great evening cookouts, the spacious gourmet kitchen and outdoor kitchen with custom cabinetry and built-ins will delight you.

The gourmet kitchen, family room, and dining area are open and flow together into one big room so everyone is together during the preparation of dinner, watching TV or whatever may be going on and it features large windows for plenty of natural light. The area overlooks the pool and patio. Also on this floor is master bedroom that offers a King bed with large private bath. The second bedroom on the main floor comes with a Queen bed with private bath.

Up the beautiful double staircase there are two separate seating areas that are the perfect place to catch up on that book you have wanted the time to read. There are also four guest bedrooms all with private baths located on the 2nd level; one with King bed and one with a Queen Bed, another has two Queen beds. The 6th guest bedroom is designed for the children in your family and has 2 Twin beds, a Twin over Trundle bed, and a Bunk bed with Double bed over Double bed on top.
