The living area is large and accommodates our guests well. Oversize comfortable King Bed in Master suite with en-suite bathroom (true luxury)! Large Queen bed in the nautical decorated second bedroom and a XL Trundle Bed that sleeps two comfortably.

All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and they sleep six (6) comfortably. Hotel quality linens and fluffy white towels. Starter supply of hotel quality shampoo, conditioner and lotion, tissue paper and roller-towels, dishwasher cubes and much more! With all these amenities at your finger tips, it's hard to imagine a more perfect location to spend your next vacation but at Palm Paradise.

The kitchen comes well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. The fully stocked kitchen with premium appliances which includes a Dishwasher, Cook Top, Microwave, Coffee Bar and Refrigerator for easy clean-up and loving preparation of home cooking at its best. A large pantry is certainly hard to find, but here is one.

There is a dedicated laundry area, should you have the need to wash some beach towels, with a free-standing washer and dryer. At the same time, should you feel that although you are on beach time you have the need to get a few online businesses done or a quick check-in on your work schedule, a dedicated work space is at hand.

The minimum rental age for this property is 25 years! That registered guest is expected to stay at the house for the entire stay the property is rented. Same goes in regards to the no pet policy, smoking or vaping is allowed in the home or on any outdoor living area of the property please. If we find this to be true, heavy fees will be charged and even removal of the entire guest list without refunding will be taken.

Should you like to get in a few holes of golf, just google as there are many to choose from her in PCB and beyond. For the golfing enthusiasts, there are five (5) public courses within a few minutes drive from your home-away from home. Signal Hill is just a mile or two down the road, Holiday Club is approximately 12 minutes drive and a little more challenging, For the very experienced golfers with great handicaps, Bay Point that boosts two courses is also just 10 minutes drive and Beach Haven.

Easy access to Thomas Drive has the best traffic flow in the area. During the busiest times for Spring Break to peak Summer weeks. Thomas drive is bearable in conjunction with the very busy Front Beach Road with its bumper to bumper traffic. From Thomas Drive you can drive anywhere in minutes without the hustle and bustle of traffic stop and go action. There are 2 major grocery stores and a Super Walmart within 2 miles. Pier Park is an ideal place for shopping and is only a 10-15 minute drive from the town home.

At Pier Park you will find several major apartment stores, many outlet stores, specialty store, fun activities for the kids, a major 16 theater cinema, and some of the best restaurants in the area to boot. Other fun activities to look into would be: Shipwreck Island Water Park is a true blast for the entire family in the heat of the summer months. Within a very short distance of the house there are several venues for miniature golf, bumper boats, go-carting, sling shot bungee rides, a Ripley's Believe It or Not, and all the beach activities one could ask for.
