In the Northern Neck of Virginia, Sunrise Point sits on a peninsula with close to 180 degrees of water frontage and 7 acres of woodland.
Whether it's boating, kayaking (6 provided, with paddles), fishing (off our private dock), or crabbing (crab pots provided), BBQing, eating out on the screened porch, sipping margaritas or beers on the sun splashed deck, napping in the outside hammock, exerting yourselves with a game of horseshoes, walks in the private woods, lounging on the dock with a steaming cup of Joe watching the mist on the river as the sun comes up, or just curling up in a comfy chair with a good book from the house library, this tranquil vacation home is for you!

Open plan Great room with hardwood floors (family room, kitchen and dining area) with towering stone fireplace and gas log fire (fall & winter), sky lights, ceiling fan, comfy sectional sofa and chair, dining area (seats 8) all looking out of a wall of glass windows onto the beautiful water.

*Bring your four-legged friends -- we allow up to 2 dogs, with pet fee of $50/pet per night.

Two full bathrooms: Both have toilet, shower / tub, and sink with vanity.

Bring your boat! 100-foot dock with multiple boat slips. Even with boats in the slips there is plenty of dock space for fishing, crabbing, jet skiing, swimming (swim at your own risk); kayaking (kayaks are provided with paddles and life vests; use kayaks at your own risk), or just sitting and enjoying the sun and water.

Plenty of flat grass areas for play time and those family Thanksgiving touch football games, horseshoes, sunbathing, and a hammock.

Several acres of private woods which surround and seclude the property are ideal for nature strolls and spotting woodland wildlife such as deer, wild turkey, rabbits, birds, and foxes etc.
