The property was wonderful. We fully enjoyed the space - especially the pool and the proximity to the beach. We will definitely stay here again. The only reason I ranked this four stars instead of five is that the toilet in the master bathroom continuously was clogged. We ended up not being able to use it all week. The maintenance staff responded swiftly but unfortunately it didnt fix the issue.

Destin vacation

The property was nice. It had a really nice pool and tiki bar. My complaints are that it had really bad skillets and they need a bigger rubber mat when you walk out the back door to the pool so the kids donā€™t slip and fall. The house has all tile floors so if youā€™re just a little bit wet on your feet you can slip.

PERFECT location!

Perfect location, just a block from the beach! The beach access point is not overcrowded which alone is a HUGE win. We had the absolute BEST time relaxing by the pool, watching the Masters while playing in the pool and grilling steaks. 10/10 would recommend and book again. We were so close to all the restaurants, we rented a golf cart and were able to cruise down the scenic gulf to all the beachside restaurants and other beaches. There are a few stray cats but they donā€™t bother you, so donā€™t let that hinder your reason to book! There was quite a bit of garbage in the backyard when we arrived but it was pretty windy during our stay so that very much could have been from neighbors. The inside of the house was perfect!!! I canā€™t wait to start planning our next trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location. All the appliances worked well. It was furnished very thoughtfully from kitchen appliances, to the pool & beach necessities. They do supply initial paper & cleaning supplies, but if you will be staying for more than 4 days or have a large group, plan to purchase some of those necessities. The management company communicates well. They text your phone before your stay & throughout. We were disappointed because they text prior to your arrival they will notify you if early check in is available, when we did arrive it was clear the house was available and had been vacant for days. The house does need a good deep clean. It wasnā€™t filthy but they do need to invest in some basic maintenance & upkeep of the property. Also, there are feral cats all over, everywhere & the neighbors feed them.

Fall Break Trip Review

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes. The house was within walking distance to the beach and the weather couldn't have been better. The house could use a little TLC, but other than that it worked for the six of us adults.

We were a group of women looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and Sandy Toes was perfect! Plenty of space, close to the beach and many other attractions. Communication with host was prompt and courteous! House was well appointed. Would definitely stay there again!

The walk to the beach is very close and easy access which is something I needed for my older parents. The private pool and tiki bar with TV was so much fun. Would definitely stay at this house again. The only small thing I could suggest is a few more pots and pans in the kitchen.

Perfect Location

The home was really nice- the debit, size, and proximity to literally EVERYTHING! The TV at the Tiki bar didn't work which was disappointing and the sofa bed was comfy. All in all a very great stay!

The house was wonderful, the pool was very nice and well kept. A couple of things to note is to bring extra garbage bags, dish soap, etc with you on your stay here. Quick and easy communication with the property manager. Overall a good experience!
