A private fishing pier extends from the shore out to the platform at the end. A great spot for fun fishing, small boat dockage in good weather or to just jump in and snorkel (there is a convenient ladder to use) or just stretch-out on the deck and enjoy the sun and the sound of water moving under the dock.

The home is delightful and spacious, two levels with the main living areas and two bedrooms on the top floor and two bedrooms on the first level with a great room for relaxation. On the first floor you can enjoy TV entertainment or movies together after hours with three roomy couches or use the foosball table for fun family playing and competitions. Step out the back sliding glass doors to a covered porch with seating and views of the pool and waterfront beyond and stairs to the back yard.
The top floor also has stunning views of the open water from the living areas, kitchen and master bedroom in addition to the extensive covered porch. The second bedroom on this level has a queen size bed and bath with direct access to the bedroom as well as serving as a hall bath.
The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a window wall of sliding glass doors providing access to the porch and great views of the open water beyond. A bath private to the master has a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.
The living area has generous seating to gather after a great day out and about, to share stories or plan for tomorrow's adventures or simply relax and watch TV entertainment. Another window wall of sliding glass doors leads out to the covered porch and views of the pool below and the dock and ocean beyond.
The kitchen and dining area finishes the upstairs common areas and it is charming with everything a cook and their helpers could want. The cook gets to share in the views while preparing meals and the kitchen is set up comfortably for the main cook to have helpers without them getting underfoot. A bar height countertop on the island is a great spot to pass dishes and food to easily set the table for meals.
The dining table runs the length of the window wall in this room for great dining atmosphere. A sliding glass door at the side gives easy access to carry meals out to the covered porch for outdoor dining. Sunrises for breakfast and sunset backlighting for dinner!
The best of all may be the outdoor areas, a lovely 13’ x 28’ freshwater pool with a waterfall effect and a free-standing hot tub just steps away. There is a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the salt if you have been in the ocean before enjoying the pool or spa or to rinse snorkel gear. A fun adult swing set sits close to the shore as well as two darling Tiki Huts to give shade while you enjoy the views up close and personal!
