Right in the heart of Marathon, the location couldn’t be better, this home is close to grocery stores and restaurants, and you can walk to the new Children’s Rotary Park at the end of the street.
This 4-bedroom stilt home is situated on the Atlantic Ocean. Peer down from the balcony and you may see manatees, rays, or tarpon, in the water, as well as herons and other wading birds at the shore. Watch the sunrise in the morning, the sunset at dusk, at night the lights of Key Colony and Sombrero beach can be seen, and the stars shine brightly in the dark sky. From indoors, the open living area feels like being in a tree house as the pelicans and osprey fly past the windows.
The home sleeps 8, and has seating in the living room, and dining room for everyone.
The kitchen is well appointed and includes a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig, a toaster, and a blender.
The bedrooms are private, as they are located on each corner of the house, with the common area in the center. There are 2 ocean front king size bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom (walk in showers). The 2 queen size bedrooms use a shared bath (bathtub/shower combo), and each have an ocean view from the window.
Outdoors, on the upper level is a dining table that seats 6, at ground level is a covered living and dining area which has a comfy sofa and chairs, a dining table for 8, and a gas grill. There are lounge chairs for sunning. For aquatic adventures there are 2 paddle boards, and a double kayak.
WIFI, smart TVs in all bedrooms (one has firestick), 70” smart TV in living room, hairdryers for each bathroom, iron & ironing board, fluffy towels, comfortable bedding, glasses & dishes, pots & pans, board games, outdoor games!
