Villa Mad-de-Lis beautiful remodeled 4 bedroom, 41/2 bath, with pool, and sunset views. New to the market in 2023.
Located in St. John, US Virgin Islands. Offers stunning sunset views. The main house consists of 2 King Ensuites with private porches with inviting seating areas and couch swings as well as an extremely comfortable Queen Bedroom with adjacent Full Bath. The well-appointed living room boasts amazing views and the kitchen is suitable for all gourmet chefs. The 3rd King Ensuite is located by an external entrance for extreme privacy and spectacular views. Mad-de-Lis has a full outdoor kitchen and a Half Bath. Professionally landscaped it is the perfect Island Escape!

Ideal location. Easy access to Cruz Bay, and beaches.

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.

We had the best stay at Villa Mad-de-Lis. We arrived after dark for our first ever visit to the island, and James met us and personally escorted us to the house. He was very helpful with telling us about the area and dropping Google Maps pins that we used the entire trip to navigate on the island. The house was amazing. Very clean, modern, and had all the amenities we could want. The views were unbeatable and even better than in the VRBO photos. The house location was perfect and centrally located to Cruz Bay and the National Park beaches. We would stay at this house again in a heartbeat.

This home was beyond expectations. Every room felt like a primary suite with a view! If we thought we might need something, the house already had it (it was stocked with everything). The quality of everything is top notch. If you’re reading this review and debating on whether this is the right house, book it! You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful house! This was our second time coming to St. John and we thought our first house was nice but this was even better. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and have their own space. The pool is bigger than it looks and so nice to sit outside with plenty of chairs and places with shade. There is a lot of iguanas that hang around and eat the avocados. The view is unbeatable. Many good views around the island but this house is high enough that you can see a lot of the island along with St. Thomas. The management group is very helpful and makes check in and out very simple. The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, outside kitchen, and linens. There is also plenty of beach chairs and coolers for you. 10/10 recommend and would definitely come back.

Highly recommend

This was a fantastic property with an amazing view. We loved having coffee on the porch swings overlooking the bay every morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The property managers were a pleasure and made our stay easy and stress free. We have fallen in love with St John and could not imagine a better place to stay for our home away from home.

2025 St John Friends Trip

We absolutely loved our 9 day stay in this beautiful home. Wonderful views, great outdoor space that we used everyday and cooked breakfast most days in the outdoor kitchen and played cards on the porch. Location is just minutes from the bars and restaurants. We will be back in 2026🩵

Pictures do not do this place justice. We have been to st John 5 different times and this was by far the best house we have been able to find. The house has everything you could possible need and more! The property is absolutely beautiful with well kept plants and flowers all around. Perfect sunset views.

New Years week

Our first visit to the island. We stayed at Villa Mad-de-Lis with our adult children. The house and property were great and exactly as pictured. Everything was clean. We saw one spider inside and that was it. Other reviews had mentioned 'well stocked' I wasn't sure what that meant. Between owners stocking items and things left behind by previous renters there were plenty of trash bags, plastic wrap, zip locks etc a few random seasonlngs and laundry soap among other stocked items The only thing I think could use replacing is the non stick pots and pans. They are getting quite scratched. I'm sure from renters not using proper utensils.I cant say enough about the views! The best place to watch a sunset was from our balcony. The property managers were eager to help with any requests and questions.We would definitely consider this house again in the future

Absolute paradise!

Just finished another week in our absolute favorite place on earth. We have stayed in multiple villas on the island and this has been our favorite by far. The location is excellent and the villa is updated and was spotless upon our arrival. The photos don't even do it justice. Property managers were excellent and helpful in meeting us at the ferry and escorting us to the villa on the first day. The pool was amazing to come home to after a long beach day. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, coolers and an unbelievably well stocked kitchen.Cant wait to come back again!!

absolutely amazing!

my family and I could not have enjoyed this home more! the views are spectacular, the beds are comfortable, the pool is amazing, each room has it's own climate control (A/C), the open area of the kitchen, living room and dining area is perfect for gathering, the hosts provided beach chairs and a cooler (super helpful) and the home was very clean. highly recommend it!!!

Exceeded expectations

The property is absolutely stunning and well thought out. You can tell the owners care about this property. Every bedroom room has a gorgeous view and it has some extra comfort items including filtered water and solar panels so you don’t lose power. The power going out is common on the island and we had zero issues because they have the solar system. To be honest, we were all very sad to leave the island and this property.

Dreamy & Amazing Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing house. This was our third stay in St John and by far our favorite spot. I agree with one of the other reviews- the pictures do not do it justice. The views are incredible, the pool is perfect and there are several outdoor areas to take a nap, read a book or have a meal outside together. It has the perfect layout for a family trip with various ages or even for two families to come stay- a separate outside studio with a king bed and beautiful outside shower. The house itself is VERY well stocked with everything you need and we greatly appreciated how easy it was to head out to the beach each day. We really hope we will be able to stay there again- it’s worth it and made our trip relaxing and very special!

Best week ever

This was our third time to St John and by far our favorite VRBO. The home is perfectly located for stunning sunsets and incredible views. It is a beautiful home on every level. Our family of 6 was very comfortable there. I truly can't say enough good things about our vacation here.

New Years 2024

We had a wonderful stay! The villa is beautiful, just as the pictures look. It has amazing views to St. Thomas, and the location is a short drive to Cruz Bay and the north shore beaches. It has a well-appointed kitchen, and the pool and outdoor grilling area are lovely. We would gladly stay here again!

Gorgeous Property! Great Location!

We had a group of 8 family and friends stay at this property in January and thoroughly enjoyed it! This was our 5th STJ trip and we have rented some really nice properties and this was one of our favorites. Unbelievable views from all rooms, beautiful landscape, gated property, great pool! You won’t be disappointed!

Paradise

We were taken away by the beauty of this home from the moment we stepped in. The pictures don’t do it justice! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need, including a well stocked kitchen, toiletries and a welcome basket filled with goodies! The linens and towels were top notch and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed coming back from the beach to sit by the pool and watch the sunset. I do recommend bringing bug spray since the mosquitos were a bother. Going to plan on returning soon!!!!

Mad-de-lis is par-a-dise

A wonderfully renovated and managed home. The infinite pool was awesome and nothing better than swimming and watching the sunset slowly set over St. Thomas! Great kitchen and used it plenty. The ice maker was broken but bags of ice were promptly brought. Bedrooms were accomodating... the only drawback was that all of the doors are louvered and you could hear everything from the rest of the house in the bedrooms and visa versa. Solid doors would help a lot! We'll definitely be back and appreciate Miller Properties helping make our trip a wonderful experience!
