Would recommend
We recently stayed at Paradise City and had a mixed experience. The owner was incredibly responsive to any questions or needs we had, which was greatly appreciated. The amenities, including the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and fun game space, made our stay enjoyable. Additionally, having a washer/dryer on both floors was convenient.
However, there were some aspects that didn't meet our expectations. The view of the lake was marred by the highway directly across from the unit, which detracted from the ambiance. The lack of a bedroom on the main floor and the numerous stairs up and down were particularly challenging for my senior mom. It was disappointing that this was not clearly indicated on the listing.
Furthermore, we found the lack of privacy on the patio decks unsettling. It felt as though we were sharing the outdoor space with other guests, compromising our sense of seclusion.
Overall, while we appreciated the service, comfort, and cleanliness of the condo, it's important to note these specific details about the townhome for future guests. Despite the shortcomings, our stay was pleasant overall; exceeding our expectations in some areas does support the average of the 5 star rating.
