The Accommodation:
On entering Villa Olivia, the open plan living area feels very light and airy and encompasses a modern, fully equipped kitchen and an adjacent indoor dining area to seat up to 8 people. Leading off the kitchen area is a comfortable lounge, furnished with sofas, armchairs, coffee table and TV unit. Double doors open out onto the spacious pool terrace. There is also a separate WC on this level.

On the first floor of the property there are two bedrooms- both configured as twins. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have ample storage, large sea view balconies and en-suite shower rooms.

On the second floor of the property is the outstanding master bedroom suite which is furnished with a King sized bed and a king sized sofa bed, allowing the room to comfortably sleep up to four guests. There are two large balconies leading off this bedroom- both of which offer stunning views over the bay and out towards the islands. There is both a shower room with cubicle, sink and toilet and also a separate bathroom with bath tub, sink and toilet within this room.

At the top of the villa on the third floor there is a further double bedroom with an en-suite shower and access out onto a roof terrace which is furnished with a seating set, swing seat and a jacuzzi. Once again, the views from this level are fantastic.

All rooms in the villa are air conditioned and a hairdryer is provided in each bedroom.

Externally, there is a beautiful private swimming pool with mosaic Roman steps at one end for easy access. The pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces, furnished with cushioned sun loungers.
