Clean house with great beds, towels, and ammenities! We loved our stay here! The only complaints are that it wasn't clear that the bikes needed a waiver form signed in advance in order to get the bike lock code, and then the pool cleaning guys showed up unannounced and without knocking on Saturday to clean the pool while we were out in the back at the pool.

Thank you, Margaret, for your thoughtful review and for noting the cleanliness and the quality of the beds, towels, and amenities. Regarding the bikes, the waiver is required by our bike rental partner to receive the lock code. We will revise pre-arrival materials and the property guide to make this requirement and its timing clear so future guests are prepared. Regarding the pool service visit, we have addressed this with our pool vendor and have enhanced instructions for staff to provide advance notice and to knock prior to entry. We will also review scheduling to minimize disruption during common pool hours. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again to 30A Luxury Vacations.

Rosemary beach

One of the nicest beaches in the continental US. House was beautiful and within close proximity to shopping and restaurants.

Family Beach Trip

Great location

You do need to rent beach chairs from the association, but the rental included four bikes to use during the stay. Highly recommend.

Close to beach only down side is we paid for hot tub to heat up to find out it really wasn’t an actual hot tub, but just a tub that was same temp as pool.

Spring Break Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent house, excellent location. The house was beautiful, well taken care of, and spotless. The management company was responsive and easy to work with. It was an easy walk to a private beach and it has a beautiful pool. The only downside to this house is that the HOA requires you to rent beach chairs, which can get pricey. You can't bring your own chairs, but other than that, this was one of the best homes we have rented over the past 5 years on 30A. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful house close to private beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family of five. It has a reverse floor plan. The pool is great, but the upper sitting area is not a hot tub. Water was plenty warm in the middle of summer! The house was clean and updated with all the needed essentials. The beach is a short walk and leads to a small private beach with much less crowds. You will need to rent the chairs and umbrellas from Longvue, but it was super convenient and the beach attendants were great. We will be back.

Our stay at Nashvilla

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great. If you are interested in having the "spa" heated, it is an additional charge and it will also heat the pool. We were told a "spa" and "Hot tub" are two different things and the spa could only be heated if the pool was heated at an extra charge. Also to use the beach access and the beach in that area you have to pay the $90 a day for chairs or you have to walk further down the beach. The guys in charge of the chair rentals are very rude and will actually pick your stuff up and throw it toward the back if you get in their area. The location is fantastic and the house is great!!!!!

Bachelorette Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group had the most amazing time at Nashvilla. The house couldn't be in a more convenient location to the beach and town and private beach access was amazing. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and well kept. The management company was easy to reach out to and answered our questions quickly, we were even able to ship and store packages at their office before checking in, which is conveniently located down the road from the house. The beds were ultra comfy and having 4 full bathrooms was such a plus for 10 girls. The backyard was perfectly sized, the only downside was the small sitting section of the pool we thought was a hot tub was not. Check-in and out was convenient and all the information on the website was accurate and easy. All in we had the most amazing time and would 1000% stay here again!

Solid Rental. Location Awesome. Home Average.

Overall - we enjoyed our stay. Positives: -Amazing location. Extremely close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, etc. - Nice to have the security of a gate and bikes were also a huge plus- Very Clean Home and all the basics.- Nice to have the pool although we didn't use it. Negatives:Having stayed at many VRBO's on 30A (and other cities), there were things that could really make it more family friendly, exclusive, inviting & special for the high fee. It has the minimums, but lacked the attention to detail, warmth, and anything above and beyond to make the stay more special - Small couch/family sitting area/Poor speakers on TV- small kitchen with challenging electric range and older warped pans- no spices other than salt/pepper. And they included only five coffee filters and a few sugar packets for five days.??) - No hand towel racks in bathroom. - No hand soap, Minimal cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels.Overall Clean, Sterile, and Basic. Just not special and "welcoming" like other places we've stayed at.

Bachelorette trip

Perfect location, it is walking distance to everything we wanted to do. There is beach access but they let us know (once we were already on the beach) that you have to pay around 200 a day for chairs, and you are not allowed to bring your own - so you really have to pay extra to utilize the beach access. We were unaware with how strict this area was with guest. We had another group staying across the street, when they came to meet up with us they were met at the gate by someone telling them there are absolutely no guest allowed and that she would call the cops if they entered. It did not state anywhere in the rules that there were no guest allowed. The house also does not come with any beach towels or cleaning supplies so be prepared for that. We also had difficulty using the beach access pin pad. At one point it was not working at all and we could not open the gate. I had to follow up multiple times with the host to get an answer or help with this.Overall it is a beautiful house and great location - but these are some things we wish we knew before booking.

Family Vacation

Nice house, good location to definitely not drive anywhere (parking near by retail & restaurants difficult), & reserve beach chairs & get your dinner reservations in advance of your stay to make sure you get them.

Great location walk to Ally Beach and Rosemary private gate to the beach as well as the community.

Clean well located to dining, shopping short walk to the beach!
