View was outstanding and access to the beach is great. Very spacious condo. When I go back to Gulf Shotes I will see if condo is available. Love to stay there again.

Very clean, great view. Great communication with host. Was perfect and well worth the money. Perfect for all 5 of us. Own bedroom and bath great! Easy access to beach. Definitely would stay again. Thanks so much,!!

Wonderful condo

Everything from the view, bedroom spaces and comfy sectional for movie night was perfect made our vacation fantastic.

we had 4 couples stay... the bed straight across from entrance was undesirable... we literally sank in the middle of the bed ... new mattress needed. The ceiling fan clicked all night the first night... fortunately my husband is a maintenance manager and he balanced the fan.... fridge had a missing component in the door .... the piece that holds the condiments etc in the fridge...parking was a nightmare ....

Condo was awesome at first blush but then we began to notice that the rug in the sitting area had not been vacuumed, there were light bulbs that were not working properly, the tv in the master bedroom would not turn off (had to unplug the HDMI cable) and volume control did not work. There was no indication on the listing that said that I saw that showed only 2 parking passes. We needed more for a four bedroom. That’s all the negative and the positives outweighed the negatives. This is intended as constructive criticism. Beds were awesome. Kitchen well furnished. Larger bedrooms than I expected. Clean bathrooms. All in all a great experience!

Great family trip

Great location and plenty of space for eight adults. Walking distance to the grocery and restaurants. The beach steps away.

Great time with family

Other than some miscommunication on my part, it was a great stay. Wish the balcony would have been open but the location was perfect and we had a great time. Would love to go back when it’s warmer.

Great Place To Stay

We enjoyed Colonnades 1601 very much. Enjoyed daily walks down to the city park, bike riding in the state park, and our favorite restaurants close by. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen and bar are very well stocked with utensils, glass, and cook wear. View is spectacular. Especially enjoyed listening to the ocean at night from the master bedroom. Would return here again.

Great Couples Trip

Had a great time hanging with old college friends and enjoying the beach! Would have been nice to have a few beach chairs provided but we bought some inexpensive ones at Walmart and left them! Unit has a great view and was convenient to walk to the state park and restsurants! Overall a great trip

We had a great time. The condo was very nice and clean. I was only provided two parking passes and for a condo that sleeps eight that is kind of inconvenient. I purchased additional parking at a public lot only to find out you can get additional parking passes for a fee at the condo. So basically I paid twice to get parking for one extra vehicle. Outside of that everything was good.

Wonderful

Property stands up to it's ad. Very spacious with high end furnishings. The views are stunning. Condo could use a new washer and dryer. Washer very noisy and the dryer took three cycles to dry a normal load. Kitchen supplied wonderfully with plenty of storage for supplies. Would definitely recommend.

We dreaded being on the 16th floor but we spent very little time waiting on an elevator the unit was great. Beautiful beach front unit. Well stocked and very pretty. Tons of room for everyone. Very quite. The only thing is that the sofa could use a good cleaning. But after all it’s a rental and I get it. We will book again!!
