This ground entry three level condo is fully updated and beautifully furnished in "beach cottage" style with all the amenities of home (fully stocked kitchen, comfy and beautifully decorated) with a private patio just steps from the courtyard pool and across the street from the beach (5 minute walk). The living room opens up to a ground level patio that will lead you to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. King in the master bedroom, 2 Double Beds in BR 2 plus 2 more Double Beds in BR 3. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza which feature many options for restaurants and shopping. Also enjoy the new Lowcountry Celebration Park located nearby just off of Pope Avenue. This townhome is well equipped and features a renovated kitchen, baths, updated furniture, 4 Flat Screen TVs and Wireless Internet. For larger groups - pair your stay in #45 with any of our other 2 and 3 bedroom units at Surf Court.

Happy Weekend Getaway!

We loved staying here ! The only thing I would have to complain about is the internet is very laggy and doesn’t work when more than one tv is trying to use it . But we had a great family get away.

Great location and easy check in/check out process!

Great location. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Easy Uber ride to Sea Pines and The Heritage golf tournament. The unit was clean and set up well. The living room furniture is definitely out dated and needs to be renovated. Overall, happy experience.

HHI Surf Court

Our favorite part of this property is the location. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach with easy access and a short bike ride or walk to the park and Coligny Plaza. The Condo itself was all that we needed as a family. The kitchen had everything we needed besides a bigger baking sheet. Some of the utensils we cleaned before using them because they didn't seem clean but that wasn't a big deal and only happened on a few occasions. The furniture seemed new and needed some breaking in but had no complaints from our kids. The TV was great in the living room. The patio area was also nice, but the pool was closed during our entire stay. The listing said it was open through the end of October and when I tried to contact the property managers that host the condo I got no response. That wasn't a huge deal either as we spend most of our time at the beach but the kids missed jumping in the pool at the end of the day. The master bedroom was the best part in my opinion. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had incredible water pressure. The stand-alone AC in that room made it very comfortable to sleep. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. July 2024 Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is excellent and close to the beach and Coligny. Overall, the condo was not very clean. The blinds, fans, etc were all extremely dusty. There was hair in the silverware drawer and maybe 2 wine glasses. It must’ve been vacant for a while prior to our arrival, because it smelled musty. Also the couch is not comfortable and we had to put cushions underneath to be able to sit without sinking. Guests in unit 44 arrived on Friday and were chain smoking at the pool and on their patio, and also partied until at least midnight while we had kids and adults trying to sleep before our early morning departure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Surf Court was a nice place to stay. The condo was convenient and in a great location.I was however disappointed with a few things that the condo didn’t offer.There was NO hand soap in the restrooms. Clearly that is not acceptable.The bathrooms were only stocked with a small bar of soap, after 2 showers, it disintegrated. Lastly, the kitchen didn’t have enough glassware. For instance, there were NO wine glasses! There were plastic outdoor margaritas glasses, but that is not very nice for a casual drink.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't usually like leaving negative reviews. Seashore Vacations is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We stayed in a lovely unit at Surf Court that was updated and clean in April. However this unit was disappointing for many reasons. The unit was very dirty when we arrived. The kitchen cabinets were filthy. There was food and finger prints stuck to all the appliances. The water reservoir for the Keurig was filled with mold. There were DampRid bags filled with moldy water in all of the closets. They had obviously been there for a while. The soap dispenser in the dishwasher was broken and wouldn't close in order to keep the pod in place. The outdoor space was almost unusable. There were spider nests all over the trees and the screen. Fire ants made it difficult to sit for any length of time at the outdoor table. The patio bricks were moldy and mildewy. The charcoal grill had obviously not been cleaned in a long time, as the grates were filthy with grease. The ash container underneath had not been cleaned in a while either. It was full of old ashes. The entire condo needs a good deep clean, with inside and out.
