Get ready for your next vacation to beautiful Sunriver and stay in the recently updated 3-bedroom 2 bath home. This 1200 sq. ft home is perfect for your family of 6. Don’t forget to bring your family dog with you to complete the trip.


Enjoy the rustic look of the wood trim throughout the living room and kitchen while you sit in from of the gas fireplace and enjoy a good movie. The open floor plan allows you to sit at the dining area and talk to the family cook in the remodeled kitchen.


From the well-stocked kitchen, walk out on the the large deck and enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors. Equipped with a private hot tub and a gas BBQ, lots of memories are to be had.


This single level home also has air conditioning, so you can remain comfortable on those hot summer nights.


There is a King master with a fully remodeled bathroom, with a double vanity and walk in shower.
On the other side of the home there is a Queen bedroom, an adjacent full bath with a shower/tub combo and the third bathroom with a twin/double bunk.


This home comes with 6 UNLIMITED SHARC passes which allow you access to the Sunriver Marina, tennis and pickleball. It also has 4 adult bikes so you can enjoy biking along the endless bike paths in Sunriver.

I booked this property as it was close to the shopping area of Sunriver and the entrance of the resort as we would be going in and out often to another families property not in Sunriver. It turned out to be a great location (5 minute walk to shopping/restaurants) and easy in/out access. We hosted a dinner one night and was very pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked with cooking pots, pans, bowls, etc. The living area was nice, big and comfortable. We used the patio daily, which was quiet and out of the sun in the hot afternoons. I would definitely stay here again.

Great home and excellent location.

this was a great home for our family to stay in. We loved that it was walking distance to the village and also close to all the walking paths. Very nicely centrally located.

Nice home, but . . .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has nice decor, soothing colors, a well-stocked kitchen, and it's conveniently located near the entrance to Sunriver. But some of the jets in the hot tub weren't working. And we struggled to get the TV working at night. After calling the Cable Company and problem solving with their tech, we discovered the battery in the universal remote was dead. The rental office was closed when these issues came up. But we were definitely frustrated in the evenings.

Great Location and Communication

The house is cozy but clean and as advertised. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. The location is great, very close to the village. I had a few questions along the way and the owner and his team were very quick to respond. The neighbors are extremely friendly, which was an added bonus.

The location to the SHARC and the village is within walking distance and definitely riding distance. The staff at Sunriver Lodging are always accommodating and kind. There is a loaner microwave but we didnt use it. It alleaes the current microwave may trigger the smoke alarm? Seeing the meteor shower from the hottub will be a core memory for us!

Floor plan is a bit odd - no door on the hall one uses to get from the master bedroom to its bathroom - and that hall has a big door right in the middle that is open to the living room. Good location, though.

Having the bedrooms and baths on each side of living room and kitchen gave everyone the space they needed. Having it all on one floor helped with the littlest grandchild.

Memory Lane

We loved everything about this property, which worked perfectly for me and the kids. Cozy, clean and convenient. A friend forwarded me the listing and I booked without looking closely. I was so surprised when I walked in and realized that I'd rented the same house ten years ago, when my kids were babies! We'll definitely be back soon.

Great location!

If you're looking for something in Sunriver, the location can't be beat. It's walking distance to the downtown plaza and super close to the road for easy access. The SHARC passes and hot tub were great amenities. The only issue we had was that several items in the house were broken. Two chairs (one inside and one outside) were already broken when we got there. There was also a broken glass in the dishwasher and two more in the cupboard with cracks/chips in them. There's no AC so be ready to be warm if you're there in the Summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was very good. But my elderly mother fell on your back patio because of a pine wood knot hole in the planking. Her chair leg fell right through when she moved her chair backwards. This could have been way worse. The decking should not have holes. Also, the cleaning team was just hanging out on the porch “waiting for a ride” when we pulled into the driveway at 4:25pm. Thanks

Great location!

The location was perfect. It was close to the village, but not too close. The pictures of the property were accurate. We liked that the main bedroom was on one side of the house and the other bedrooms shared a jack-and-jill bathroom on the other side of the house. Air conditioning or a whole-house fan would be nice because it does get hot in the afternoons, but the evenings cooled off nicely. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Summer vacation

We had a great time. Cottage was very comfortable. Loved the big deck. Hot tub was a great way to top off a float down the Deschutes. Super convenient to walk for a cone at Goody’s. Easy bike ride to SHARC. And a nice 1.5 mile jog to Fort Rock Park. We would definitely stay here again.
