Great place, easy access to beach, private, felt like home with the family. Owner always responded immediately. Would love to stay there again if we make it back to St Augustine.

Perfect for our Spring Break!

We had two families here for spring break and the property was just as advertised and perfect for our stay! Only a short walk to the beach along with the pool was perfect for kids. Cap’s on the water across the street was a huge plus! The food and sunset could not be beat!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Home was extremely well stocked and exactly as advertised. Great location and we loved being able to walk to Cap’s restaurant. Also an easy walk to the beach and a perfect neighborhood for early morning walks. We would definitely stay here again!!

The house was just as described. It was perfect for 6 adults and 3 children. We all loved the game room since we had some down time with rainy weather. The pool area is very relaxing and great for late afternoon together time. It is about .3 mile walk to the beach. It is not a bad walk but was challenging with small children. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, floats, water toys, a cooler, and beach chairs to use. We had brought our own since not knowing what to expect but there is a great selection to use. We would definitely stay here again.

This home in Vilano Beach is absolutely wonderful! The photos don't actually do the property justice; it's way more beautiful in person. It was VERY clean and extremely well-appointed, with many accents and touches that went far beyond the necessities of a vacation home. The kids loved the game room, the pool, and the proximity to the beach. The adults LOVED the coziness of the beds (although the kids also commented on their cozy sleeps), and one of the best parts of this home is its private seclusion, allowing genuine peace and nature, yet only 5 minutes to all the necessary stores and services. Vilano Beach is really special. We can't wait to come back and stay here again, this time for longer!

Great option for mid-size families!

This was a great house for our family of 7 — just as advertised and very comfortable and well-equipped. The home doesn’t feel as large as some other beachfront properties we’ve stayed at in the area — I wouldn’t bring more than 7-8 people here, max. But it was exactly what we needed!
