Costa Del Sol C5 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Welcome to paradise! Costa del Sol C5 is one of the few vacation homes in Destin with three private decks right on the beach. The top balcony creates a sunny escape for two lovebirds while the middle deck is great for entertaining since it is accessible from the main living areas. Complete with outdoor furniture and a grill, these are the beginnings of an epic cookout on the beach. The bottom deck is attached to a completely separate and adorable apartment just waiting to provide some quiet time for a stressed out couple. This bottom level also connects to a boardwalk and stairs right over the soft white sand.

It would be hard to find a vacation home closer to the aqua waters of the Gulf and with all this space for the whole gang! Moreover the caring owners have done an excellent job with the dƩcor and furnishings. Calming neutral shades combined with beautiful beach paintings and accouterments echo the serenity of the Emerald Coast. Plus, the location in Miramar Beach is one to be envied with shops, Golf courses and restaurants within walking distance!

* Guest Bedroom with Queen bed must be accessed by going out back door then down to the beach level.

Per Homeowner Association rules; absolutely no tents or canopies are allowed on the beach.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach with exceptional customer service. Plus, the management company paired with the local chair and umbrella service and we complimentary seating at the beach all day. Absolutely wonderful!

The house is exactly as the pictures are. The second bedroom up stairs is now 2 queen beds instead of bunk beds which was so much better. It was so nice to be close to everything, and RIGHT on the water. It was so clean, stocked with items you need to cook. The beach was PERFECT! Clean, not crowded, no long walk. We will definitely be booking here again

This is one of the best locations in Miramar Beach. Right on the beach. No need to leave the property all day long. Everything was so easy.

Quiet slice of beach

We absolutely loved staying here. Being able to right walk out to your private deeded beach with umbrella and chairs was the best thing. This is the second time we've stayed in this complex. The condo was spacious and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. The bottom floor was great for our teenagers. I would say that there was a damp smell when we first came in, but once we turned on the dehumidifier, the smell went away. We will definitely come back!

November 2017 Stay

My family and I had a wonderful experience, also had an amazing time on the beach. The house was beautiful and really affordable. My Mom, Sister, and brother was there as well. We celebrated my moms 60th birthday. What an wonderful we had. Only thing negative thing I have is about the sewer smell , but nothing air freshener couldnā€™t handle. Weā€™ll definitely be back.

Great View!

We have been staying at Costa del Sol for several years and have always had a great experience. The units are clean and well managed. Great place to stay but we will not be coming back next year do to the bullying of the umbrella service company about our canopy tent. We were threatened by the company representative, who stated the homeowners association gave him permission to enforce the rule. This was a private beach and the new ordinance does not apply to private beaches. If this is a homeowner association rule, then it should be stated on the list of other rules you receive when you check in. All seems very shady.

July 2016 Stay

This past week was my family and friends 3rd time to stay with Newman-Dailey Properties and this townhouse was very disappointing for the price we paid. Upon arriving when we entered, it had an awful smell so we had to purchase air fresheners, the home was so dirty that I also bought bleach and cleaned the tables and counters and mopped the floors. The silverware also had food stuck on it and also had dried food on bedding in master bedroom.. The positive about it all was spending time with the ones you love to be with and Newman Daileys made some repairs and adjusted the cleaning fee which showed me they truly care about their guests and will try to make it right so you can enjoy your vacation. I will stay with Newman-Daileys again just not this unit.. Thank you and God Bless

Beach front getaway

We literally walked out the back door to the beach. Everything we needed was there. It was nice access to shops and restaurants. We will definitely use them again.

Every little while a sewer odor will fill the condo. Location is good but felt like you were staying in substandard facilities due to smell and cleanliness.

Great location! Loved board walk and beachfront! We were never able to work the bedroom tvs. Problem with tvs in all 3 bldgsā€”we had 4 units. Should let fams know that no inside entrance to top 2 floors from bottom floor. Really need new skillets. Had a wonderful trip with 27 folks!

Nice Location

The location on the beach is fantastic and convenient to daily beach trips and walks. However, the condo needs some serious updating and deep cleaning. The kitchen utensils are in poor condition, coffee maker is suffering, the furniture is dilapidated, the floor in the master is sloping down and I am afraid it will slide off the back of the building, the apartment downstairs was not clean and the red chairs are filthy. Again, nice location, but I would stay at one of the adjoining condos since they are in much nicer condition.

Beachside gem

This condo is a gem! Hard to find 3 bedroom with no bunk beds. The ground floor is a private apartment that has its own entrance off the deck. Steps away from the beach for quick close access. The only down side was the downstairs had a smell due to moisture build up in the rug and the shower was a little dirty. The smell was easily fixed with a little febreeze. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect beach views!

Stayed here during a business trip and I absolutely loved sitting on the patio drinking coffee each morning. Property was well kept up and easy access to the beach. I would absolutely say here again.

We loved staying in C5!!! Great location, awesome beach! We loved to walk down to Pompano Joeā€™s for lunch, ice cream across the street. Beach toys, boogie boards, extra chairs were a good surprise. Friendly neighbors! Will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Had a great time, had a call 1st day saying we were having a party. That was not true. There were kids in front of our condo playing football on the beach and someone assumed they were with us and they were not. No one came and spoke to us. Just called the owner and ASSUMED they were with us. No one was in the condo unless staying there
