Lovely Apartment in Central Paris in the Ultra Chic District of Passay!

Lovely 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with WC apartment in the chic Passay district with posh eateries and shops. Close to the Trocadéro Gardens next to the Seine and the Eiffel Tower. This culturally rich area, with museums like the Monet-themed Musée Marmottan, the Musée du Vin wine cellars, Maison de la Radio and, Maison de Balzac. The quiet La Muette area is famed for art nouveau architecture. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment in the 16th arrondissement.
Ideally located, this charming apartment is in the heart of Paris and surrounded by the most beautiful Parisian monuments. You are mere minutes from Trocadéro Gardens, located next to the Seine and the Eiffel Tower. Authentic local cafes, restaurants, and shops surround the apartment, and you are close to everything and can circulate easily throughout all that Paris has to offer. Having two metro stops nearby is convenient, and they are Trocadéro, an 8-minute walk, or Ave Henri Martin Metro/RER, a 4 minute walk. A short distance to the Seine means you have access to the water hop on hop off boats too. Enjoy the sites by day and return to your luxurious and quiet apartment by night.

This elegant two-bedroom with apartment has a remodeled bathroom with a tub, water screen, and hand-held shower along with a separate WC and is in an 18th-century building. There is a long list of amenities, and you can assure you that we have just what every traveler needs and expects. The apartment is on the first floor and has a modern, kitchen, and a big combined living /dining room space. This “Old World Feel” 18th-century apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is amazingly quiet!

This is safe and quiet place with wonderful bakery and restaurant around. The metro is very close to the apartment which makes every movement convenient.

If you are going to explore Paris, this apartment is in a perfect location! Size, accomodations, the art, quiet location, the welcome, everything is awesome. Paris has a good transport system too and so you are close to several Metro and bus lines (the Eiffel Tower is an easy walk too!). There is a nice grocery store across the street and great cafes near as well. If I'm back in Paris, I'd stay there again for sure...

Arrival/Departure Times and Luggage Storage:
Arrival and departure times are flexible based on availability (pre-arranged with us before your arrival), and we're always happy to help you if we can with your luggage storage if needed before check-in/out. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm (15:00), or later but again, we are willing to be flexible if no one is booked the night before. The standard departure time is 11 am, which can be flexible IF we can be. Many of our guests who know they will arrive early after long overnight flights and want to be guaranteed to check into the apartment as soon as they leave the airport book the night before their arrival. While this may seem like too much of an added expense, our guests tell us it’s worth it. When I'm traveling, I've also been known to book the day of departure too sometimes since I tend to schedule late flights out of Paris.

If a guest is booked the night before your arrival, that guest has until 11 am to check out, and then we must thoroughly clean the apartment. The standard check-out time is 11 am, but we are happy to be flexible on this (pre-arranged with us and based on availability) and let you check out later if no one is booked the night of your departure.
*There is a late arrival fee after 7 pm, 13:00h, and an early arrival fee 10 am or before.

We're doing our part to help our guests stay safe! We have strict cleaning protocols in place where we not only clean but then disinfect. Disinfecting a surface will “kill” the viruses and bacteria. To properly disinfect, we leave all surfaces saturated with an approved registered disinfectant for a minimum of 6 minutes. Special attention is given to light switches, cabinet handles, remotes, and all door handles. Our wonderful housekeeper wears both a mask and changes to a clean pair of gloves for each room of our apartment when cleaning.
