• Booking Rates: As a Canadian company, we provide transparent breakdowns in both CAD and USD before confirmation. We accept all major credit cards except American Express.

• BC Rental Regulations: Effective May 1, 2024, the minimum stay in British Columbia is 90 days. Rates shown are based on 12-month stays, but custom quotes for other lengths of stay are available upon request.
• Smoke-Free Environment: A $500 bylaw fine applies for smoking or vaping (including marijuana) anywhere in the unit or building.
• Check-In: Detailed property and check-in instructions will be sent to you by CheckedIn prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Reservations are refundable (less a $175 fee) until 30 days before travel, after which they become 100% nonrefundable. Multi-month stays require a 30-day written notice for departure.
