Right at your stay, you'll adore having access to an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness center, private beach, and boat dock.

When you need a break from the sun, head inside the centrally air-conditioned interior of your stay where you'll quickly get comfortable. The open-concept layout promotes family time with its effortless flow. As the chef of your group utilizes the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space, you can unwind on the living room's oversized sofa and catch up on your favorite TV show. Off this space, you will also have access to a private washer/dryer - keeping chore time at bay.

Your own haven of peace, the primary bedroom is highlighted by vaulted ceilings and water views. The ensuite bathroom is the perfect spot to practice your morning routines with its soaking tub and expansive vanity. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
