Nestled within four miles of downtown and public beaches, this inviting escape offers a year-round home base close to endless options for outdoor recreation. Heavenly Mountain Resort is also within a four-mile drive and the home is located within walking distance of the High Meadow Trailhead. Golfers in the group can take on the nationally-ranked Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course.

When you're not out and about, enjoy quiet comfort and relaxation back at home with private features including a large, fully enclosed yard and furnished decks.

Each floor features its own living room and smart TV for household convenience. The upstairs (main) living room also includes a cozy, wood-burning fireplace as a centerpiece for family gatherings. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. There's also a gas grill out on the deck for backyard barbecues. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
