Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and everything was great however there was a dirty laundry and dirty dishes when we showed up. The pullout couch mattress was a bit uncomfortable, where you could feel the springs. Other than having to clean, do the dirty dishes and do the dirty laundry it was all good.

Hi Eileen, We are surprised to see your comment about the rental having dirty laundry and dishes upon arrival. We do a full walk through of the unit prior to each guest's arrival and can assure you the rental was not dirty upon arrival. We wish you would have called us upon arrival if this was a concern.

I was taken aback by the view, such an incredible stay. I will say however as a hypoallergenic girly I did breakout in hives from something unfortunately. Not anyone’s fault of course just a precaution and something to consider going forward. Other than that, incredible stay and super easy to access.

Turner guest apartment was a great find in Sitka, Alaska. It’s in a small neighborhood, sits up a bit, so the view of the cove was really nice. The patio area has a nice view too. The grounds around the house very beautiful. They have one bedroom with queen bed, nice bedding, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom, so if you have anyone sleeping out on the sofa bed, they have to come into the bedroom to get to the bathroom and shower. You will need a car, as the apartment is a few miles from town. Once you get into Sitka, it is a great walkable town. Tons of hiking trails, really nice locals, scenic water views, raptor center, bear rescue, fishing, brewery, shopping, science center gives you plenty to do. The apartment is exceptional for the cost per night. Christine very easy to communicate with, and very responsive. She is clearly very experienced in managing properties. The only negative was you could hear the people above you walking on their floor.

The house was very clean, with a modern feel to it. The bed was super comfortable and it had every utensil, pot, pan, etc...we needed to cook meals. It was perfect!

The house is a short drive from downtown and the airport, and features panoramic views of Jamestown Bay. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our accommodations, and we are looking forward ti returning.
