Enjoy this relaxing one bedroom one bath villa located on the top floor that offers a bedroom area with a queen size bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, full size refrigerator w/ice maker, and a dishwasher. All new dinnerware, glassware, pots and pans are provided. Ceramic tile covers entire kitchen top and backsplash.

Additional bedding for this villa includes a sleeper sofa in the living room, with the enjoyment of a separate entertainment system. TVs in both master and living area. Ceramic tile encompasses entire floor plan that provides swift maintenance.

The balcony is located off the living room which offers a beautiful ocean view. Seaside villa is a gated community that provides secure parking, luggage carts, and an elevator for convenient access to each floor. This ocean view property provides quick access to the ocean and a short distance walk to the Coligny Plaza and restaurants.

Great Getaway and Stay

The property was a great size for just us three. Everything was accessible from this location and we couldn’t have asked for an easier walk to and from the beach. With Coligny so close, we were able to enjoy great food and entertainment as well.

Relaxing Getaway on the Beach

The property is just steps from the beach. The view from the balcony is wonderful. It was very peaceful and quiet. The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Sitting area and balcony was comfortable. The keypad on the door makes it nice to not have to keep up with keys. Owner was pleasant and quick to respond. Definitely would rent this property again.

Fun Time on HHI

All in all this property is wonderful for a short stay and we would definitely rent again.! Our only issue was that it was incredibly hot inside the Unit upon check-in and it took almost 24 hours to cool it down to a reasonable temperature that was with it set as low as it could be set. We would highly recommend this Rental, but would suggest that if you are going to rent this unit, request that the owners have someone turn the Air Conditioner down the morning of your arrival!

Don’t rent this property

This condo was very unclean with urine stains on the bedding, roaches in the shower, and huge roaches in the condo which we took pictures of. We also had to leave due to hurricane evacuation and contacted the owner by email an he would not respond back! We will never rent from this owner again!!!

Not what we expected

We have been to HHI several times and have stayed at different locations that were much cheaper so I expected a little more out of this condo. Needs updating and some repairs- closet door doesn’t stay closed, TVs do not work half of the time, elevator is extremely slow. There was no vacuum in the unit or anything to clean the floor with. There was a swiffer mop but no pads for them. The mold and mildew build up in the bathroom is probably the worst. Overall it is a cute SMALL place to stay for a quick getaway but definitely wouldn’t recommend for a family with children. Pool is extremely small and the walk to the beach is long. We also didn’t expect for the beach to be so packed. It felt like Myrtle Beach, what we didn’t want 😂 Just leaving my honest review and opinions with hopes of helping others who are planning a trip here. PS bring extra towels.

Not as pictured

Although it was clean and nice there were some issues. First of all there are not 2 couches as pictured - Only 1. Thankfully, there was only 4 of us staying because this would not sleep 5 - unless you brought a blow up mattress. Then, we had a difficult time with the main TV - You have to figure out how to rig the volume. At first it wouldn't turn down, then the sound wouldn't come on. I don't know if someone pressed something and it messed it up or what - but it took 2 days to figure out how to control the volume. Third, there was not a complete set of sheets for the sleeper. The owner did respond within 24 hours - but that's a long time to try and figure out where to get someone to bring a top sheet to you. And by then - we figured out how to make it work. There were 2 blankets/comforters but the sleeper was so uncomfortable that we used one for padding and our towels to cover with. Overall, it was good! We were at the beach and had a lovely time! But this condo wasn't as expected.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you had difficulties with the TV. The sheets for the sofa bed are always in the closet. I will make a note to add that to the guest list. Glad you had a great time!

Disappointing

Location was perfect. Condo could use updating but more importantly needs a deep cleaning. Tv in living room was iffy - wouldn’t always come on. Apparently if you want a hot shower you need to turn it to cold?!!! Maybe if this was last condo available I’d book it.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay at Seaside Villa. Condo was clean and just a few steps from the beach. 2 minor complaints: the cave tv did not work in our bedroom and the mattress was a little uncomfortable. But communication with the owners were good and the location is great. Just minutes from Coligony and Sea Pines!

Nice Getaway

The overall vacay was awesome. I love Hilton Head. The room itself needs a little bit of work/updating. The microwave is a hit or miss on whether it’ll work or not-the keypad has a mind of it’s own, the shower is not leg shaving friendly (it is super small), definitely would recommend a new cleaning service but the bed was super comfy. And of course outside the room everything was amazing. Location was great!

Very loud !

Fire door near unit slams all night long. The fire door arrester is obviously broken. I complained to the owner and they said it wasn’t their problem. The unit is dated with a broken sliding door and a shower where the hot and cold water are reversed. It’s like staying in a Eastern European country after the Cold War nothing quite works the way it should and it’s depressing.

Great location & good view

Excellent location near Coligny between Shipyard and SeaPines. The building is beachfront and although the unit is not directly facing the ocean it still has a great view. We spent a lot of time on the balcony! The unit itself is basically a studio, though there are pocket doors you can use to close off the bedroom. We appreciated that there were a few beach chairs provided. The condo had some quirks, but I'd happily stay here again. Oh and fyi the coffee maker is a Keurig so bring pods!

Rental was exactly as described. Could have been a little cleaner with check in, a few things were left under the bed etc from previous guests. Decent ocean view, easy walk to the beach, and reasonably priced.

We’ve stayed several times at Seaside Villas and #338 condo is very nice with many amenities. One thing we really liked was the fast internet speed which made watching online movies on the laptop awesome! Clean and nice condo! We’d stay here again!

Perfect Location

Couldn't be happier with the location. Ocean view to the left. Condo provided everything we needed, hair dryer, iron, dishwasher. Perfect size for the two of us. Plus a pull out sofa. Very quiet, hardly heard anyone except when out on balcony. Would definitely stay there again.
