Beautiful views, great condo

We had a great stay in Sharon’s place! Very nicely maintained condo, lots of living space, very clean. Views over the bay from the beautiful patio are incomparable. Building staff was friendly, pool was well maintained. We’d come back.

Great location outside PV

If you want beach, this is it. Temperatures in December were perfect. Day high 20’s/ low 80’s. During night a cooling breeze cools down the apartment. Make sure to realize that the waves are always there in the background. For some this is a must, for some others a curse. Having a rental car is ideal if you want to explore the area. Nice hikes from the apartment. Center of PV is 30 mins away. Don’t forget to visit the botanical garden, which is 20 minutes drive away.

Paradise Found

Property is breathtaking from the time we walked in. Amazing ocean front condo, ocean and Mountain Views for miles. Off the beaten path, which we knew, but would’ve rented a car to not feel so isolated. We came over Christmas and New Years so tons of people and traffic and on a pandemic just really didn’t want to take a bus and being so remote it was harder to find taxis at different times of the day. Such a privilege to be there for the holidays The condo staff is awesome. The wonderful restaurant on site was great and even a wonderful place within walking distance of the condo for dinner and drinks! Went with my Mom, my 13 old son and my partner. Definitely something for everyone and the condo was spacious and cool. The breezes were awesome. Wonderful heated pool and hot tub onsite and just tahr an elevator down to the ocean. Parking was available onsite for the whole 10 days we were there. Kitchen was well equipped. Veranda was enormous and occupied often. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were spacious and accommodating. It was nice getting American TV while in Mexico too. We will definitely be back. Anyone who stays here will experience a real treat. So grateful Sharon shared it with us.

Tranquility, Beauty and Comfort

Just three of the words we would use to describe this property. The setting is very tranquil a few miles from the busy hotels in PV. And taxis and ubers are ready in a split second when you need them so very easy to travle to and from town. The Beauty is both indoors and out-the setting along the beach is gorgeous and the view from the condo is amazing. Every night we saw fireworks and each day groups of brown Pelicans on their flight further South. Every comfort is made avaialbe in the condo as well as by the staff on-site day and night. Very nicely decorated 2BR/2 bath condo with stunning views of the ocean and mountains.

The VRBO webdite photos understate how nice the place is. The building is well maintained and has 24/7 security and 2 efficient elevators. A clean sandy beach with a small reef of rocks offshore that form a semi protected lagoon sit right in front of the building. The pool and adjoining hot tub front the beach and were very relaxing. You can order drinks and food poolside. The condo is very nicely decorated and has a long balcony that seems to sit right over the crashing surf, loved the white noise of the waves at bed time. Everything in the condo works well, it's very roomy, beds were comfortable and we loved the authentic Mexican artwork. Large arcadia sliders bring the outdoors in. Banderas Bay views fill your eyes from every room and being on the 11th floor we saw Humpback whales every day and gorgeous sunsets. Mismaloya Beach was just a few minutes away by car where you can sun, swim, eat, get a massage for $20, or kayak out to the sea arches and snorkel. Old Town PV was about 15 minutes the other way by car with tons of shopping, eateries and a miles long seafront boardwalk full of shops and restaurants. All of which we did. One of best places we have ever stayed, this VRBO is a wonderful place to call homebase and is close to restaurants and lots of recreational destinations. We stayed a week and barely scratched the surface of all there is to do in PV. We highly recommend this VRBO and PV. Mike and Julie from Peoria AZ

Property very well kept and updated, however several amenities missing

Beware of this rental, place is nice however several key amenities were not working. No internet, cable TV, or A/C in half the unit. Owner did not take responsibility nor show any concern about these missing amenities when we reached out to her upon arrival. Nothing was done aside from a $100 reduction in rental rate for entire stay which was pretty insulting. Would not have stayed here if this was known ahead of time. Nothing is within walking distance and on-site restaurant is aweful and has weird hours.

Romantic Beach Get Away!

Perfect floor plan can accommodate couples and still offer privacy. Jacuzzi with ocean view was fabulous, We had the infinity pool with built in lounge chairs and 2 hot tubs to myself many times thru out my stay at Los Palmares. Beach felt private as well....whales in the mornings, rocks form the perfect natural barrier for relaxing and snorkeling right outside your door, no boat tours needed!! Onsite dining was inexpensive and very convenient. Friendly staff was helpful but not intrusive. Looking forward to staying here again!!!

Vacation fun!!

It was a great place to stay. Everything is very open. The beach and pool are very close. I was very comfortable relaxing on the beach while my kids swam in the pool. The beds are comfortable. One of the best Vacations our family has had. We will be back. :)
