Corsican Villas located in South Palm Desert, snuggled up against the Coachella Valley Mountains in close proximity to the famed El Paseo Shopping and Restaurant District with an unlimited supply of local golf courses. Located on the old Bing Crosby Estate with the original swimming pool and club house owned by old Bing himself. The property itself boasts four swimming pools, two tennis courts, and a club house.
Enjoy the quite tranquility of the California sunshine in this Desert Oasis.
47755 Mirage Court is a one level Villa fully equipped and ready to move in. Two bedrooms, with one King and one Queen Bed, and the den has a folding single bed. The kitchen comes with all of the modern conveniences including Cuisinart appliances, dishwasher, and a complete complement of dishes and cooking utensils. Outside there is a Charbroil Commercial Gas Barbecue, Martha Stewart patio furniture, with a love seat, two chairs, and a dining area. Inside, the den has the latest Sony Google HD Television for your viewing and internet pleasure, as well as WIFI internet connections throughout the house. Relax to your favorite tunes with the Bose Wave music system.
There are four swimming pools throughout the property with two pools and a hot tub less than a minute away.
Oh yes, don't forget your tennis racquets for the two lit tennis courts just a short walk away within the complex.

Home away from home

Convenient to Living Desert

The condo was light and airy and well equipped and furnished. We frequented the Living Desert across the street, although the hiking trails had to be completed before 9am because of the hot weather we had. The pool areas were close by. The neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and would come again.

There are two negatives: White tile floors constantly need cleaning. Plumbing and bathtub/showers needs updating. Everything else, including location, is excellent. Large space, comfortable furniture. Lovely patio. Nice, quiet neighborhood...unless the yipee dogs get goings....Nice neighbors.. Easy access. Great landlord.

This is a wonderful condo to rent! The lay-out is great, everything is brand new. There is plenty of light. The king sized bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The private sunny courtyard and its furniture is very nice. The heated pool and spa are just steps away and never crowded. We took out a membership at the Living Desert Museum ( entrance is just across the street from the condo's gated entrance) which allowed us to enter early and hike their wilderness trails. Corsican Villas is well located in Palm Desert-- up the hill from the businesses and occasional windy weather but still close enough to all the shops, restaurants, etc. Dan, the owner, was very nice to work with too. I highly recommend this condo.

Great Palm Desert Condo!

Great condo - open, bright and well decorated! Very close to one of the great swimming pools and two tennis courts just down the street. A nice walk to El Paseo and right across from the Living Desert. Wonderful location and a great condo!

Girls Getaway

Condo/complex: This condo is great place to stay! It is beautifully renovated with stylish décor/furnishings throughout. The kitchen, laundry, bath and bed rooms are well supplied to accommodate all needs (amazing beds). The complex is ideally located close to El Paseo for shopping, dining and a variety of activities. This is a very friendly and welcoming community. Owners: Dan and Karie are wonderful to work with. Just like their condo, they are very warm and inviting people who made renting with them a pleasure. I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended this property to friends and co-workers!

Great experience! Convenient location to El Paseo,restaurants,groceries etc. Very attentive owner wanting us to have a good experience. Complex and grounds are well cared for, pool was warm. We had a wind storm and everything was cleaned by miday. The unit is very clean with basically all new furniture. We are plannig our trip for next year and will try for the same unit. jeffs

Hiking for many of our friends is a favorite pastime, while shopping on El Paseo Drive or at any of the nearby malls, playing tennis, riding bikes, or sitting by the pool are also excellent alternatives.
