Keywords: This lovely furnished condo is located on the prestigious Gerald Ford Corridor. Lots of space, greenbelts and spectacular mountain views. Five sparkling pools and several spas, seven lighted tennis courts all located in this beautifully landscaped gated community.

Condo in peaceful tennis and pool community

Had a great stay in March 2023 at Arthur and Danielle's place in Moutain View Villas Rancho Mirage. They are excellent hosts very accommodating and friendly. The Condo is in a nice gated community with lots of open space tennis courts and pools. The condo itself is in a great location within the community. The condo was being updated when we stayed. It was extremely well equipped with many new linens and housewares.

Mountain View Villas

The unit is older, but the owner is working very hard upgrading and modernizing. Art was extremely helpful and eager to please. We did not require any repairs or maintenance when we were there, but Art was always available if anything needed attention. The grounds are magnificent, beautifully maintained and dotted with grapefruit, orange and lemon trees that we could pick whenever we wanted. Choice of 5 pools and seven tennis courts. The unit has tennis racquets and balls for the tenants' use, well equipped kitchen and very comfy queen size bed. It is very central and easy to get to all parts of the Coachella Valley. We enjoyed our stay.

It was such a pleasure having tenants that respected our property and even cleaned the condo before your departure. The property was good but the inside of the unit was poor . The pictures were very deceiving.

We were knocked over by the smell when the door to the unit was open.The unit needed a serious cleaning with the kitchen cupboards ,appliances and walls having a greasy film on them. The hot water tank was turned off and had been for the stay of the previous tenant. The owner did have the carpets and furniture cleaned and purchased new frying pans and kettle to replace the rusted out ones. The shower door had a make shift repair on it that lasted a week before we could not use the one shower door. It was difficult to adjust the temperature for the shower and turn off the water.The furniture was old. We had to take the cushions from the love seat and use them on the chair and chesterfield to provide some comfort. Toss cushions were used to provide some back support. NBC was the only local TV station but Netflix and HBO and others were available.Had we the option of canceling the reservation and getting something else we would have.

you don"t ,go from a five star review to a, one unless their is a a problem.. Spent alot of extra money and time trying to please somene,when I knew from the first day it was not going to be possiable. Simiular situation four years ago.I should have taken the loss and not rented to ,them.

Great Stay

Dani and Art were very tentative to our needs. Very quick and response. Condo has all up-to-date appliances and everything that we could possibly need and then some. Very comfortable stay!

Gritty and Old

The owners were very nice people and I wish I could give their condo a good review but I can't. The condo was old, gritty and dirty. The furniture was musty and broke down. It was not a good experience.

Love it

Arthur and Danielle are extremely nice hosts. There were many more things available at his house than I could imagine: tennis racquet, floats,, sunscreen, bakeware, hand soap, dish soap, detergents, shampoo, printer-fax-copier, printing paper, fruit picker, board games and so on. I don't think I can use my words to describe their willingness to offer their guests the best experience. Very nice, clean and peaceful community. Definitely will come back.

Our first year in Rancho Mirage - more to come?

This was our seventh year of visiting Palm Springs, and we plan to repeat this for years to come. Amplifying on aspects of prior guests' comments on this unit, our host's citrus picker tool was a superior "telescoping" model to reach high-up fruit, the Weber gas BBQ ran smoothly off natural gas (no propane-tank anxiety), and we were so comfortable with the provided TV service that we didn't go to the movies at all this year! We played tennis on the grounds, and went to Duplicate Bridge a short drive away in Cathedral City. A unexpected bonus was the telecommunications education I received from inspecting our host's facility: I'm now changing my home landline telephone system to use VOIP over my DSL Internet connection (saving $$$) ... and we are now enjoying the flexibility of a four-handset cordless telephone setup here too. Thank you Arthur for your generous hospitality, and best wishes to you and Danielle (Dave & Adele, Ottawa, Canada)

Cute place. Tennis courts, Weber Bbq, pool, cutlery was the draw for me.

The owners are very nice people and very accomodating. Everything went smooth right from the start. I frequent the valley once a year for the past 10 years and i would rent this place again. Its got everything i need for a month or two.

Art and his wife, we found most amenable and enjoyed time we spent with them. The unit is well equipped and Art (the owner) is constantly upgrading the facility. We enjoyed the location; very convenient and quiet. Art provided a 'picker' for the oranges and grapefruits growing on the property. He also had a tennis racket and items for the pools. Very thoughtful. If there was anything we needed, he was just a phone call away.

Mountain View Villa

Our unit was a well equipped unit, that made the move in easy. Its older but well maintained. We enjoyed the quiet location after being busy all day. We went for our hikes in the mornings and enjoyed a quiet afternoon by the pool. Loved all the fruit available. Owner had left us a long list of restaurants, hikes and things to do, saving us some time having to find all the information. Close to public golf course that we also enjoyed. The location in Rancho Mirage was also very good to get to main roads etc quickly.

Do Not Understand Review Title, Address?

The Location was correct. Photos of listing were accurate, more so than thought! choice of colors are rather dark. The stite ammenities were very good. Property was clean but poorly maintained, a little TLC tender loving care would greatly improve the property. The owner was very helpful. We have recommended the property to friends who visited. We would recommend The Palm Resturate 111. The Joslyn Seniors Centre, we lawn bowl, and The 1st Tee golf course. In all fairness it is good value for the price.

Not so clean condo

The owner said condo was emaculate. We found it not so. Had to scrub floors, wash windows & blinds & clean the bathroom behind the toilet as I don't think it was ever cleaned. Had to fix outside light cord as it started to arc when plugged in. Had to tape kitchen sink drain as it was leaking and made a mess under the sink. Will not rent there again!!!

The condo is professionally cleaned after each rental and a repair man is on call at all times. I would hope that when a renter stays at my condo they will feel comfortable enough to call me if any problems arise, if any repairs need to be completed, and if the condo needs any extra cleaning. As you can see from my previous renters reviews when a call was made I responded immediately and took care of my renters needs. I am sorry the newly grouted floors were perceived to be dirty. My tile floors had a newly grey grout in between them and require no need to be washed with ammonia. Due to the floor being cleaned with ammonia my grout had been removed, so I have had the grout replaced and the floor newly sealed. I am constantly adding new things to the condo to make my renter's stay pleasurable. There is a brand new Weber gas BBQ, new blue carpet in the bedroom, new LED outside umbrella, and recreational items for pool and tennis courts.
