KCB Welcome to Paradise!!

Come down to our little piece of paradise! Our condo is located in beautiful Key Colony Beach, Florida. Sea Isle Condominiums has tropical gardens and manicured lawns. Swim at our private sandy beach, the heated swimming pool or just lounge under a palm tree. Stroll on the beach and collect beautiful sea shells or snorkel in the crystal clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. We also have shuffle board and horseshoes. Charter fishing and party boats, like the Marathon Lady, can take you off-shore or reef fishing to catch all kinds of tropical fish. Come back to the condo to the tiki hut and gas grills to BBQ your catch of the day overlooking the beautiful pristine water and white sand beach or relax and take your catch to a local restaurant and let them do the cooking.

Our newly updated condo includes two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Tile floors are found in all the rooms. Both bedrooms have king sized beds and there is a balcony with ocean views off the master bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee or use the WiFi to read your e-mails. The living room is a great place to relax after a long lazy day at the beach or touring the keys.

Come enjoy all that the Middle Keys has to offer! The Dolphin Research Center, The Turtle Hospital, Seven Mile Bridge, and Pigeon Key are all just minutes away. Plan a day trip to Key West, Bahia Honda State Park or John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, everything in the Keys is just a short 45 minute drive away!

Laundry facilities are available. Sorry no pets, trailers, or boats.

We only rent Saturday to Saturday from December to April. The condo is on the third floor with only two flights of stairs.

Fun in the sun!

This condo is located near shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool daily and also went to the beach area daily. The condo had a well stocked kitchen, linens, and bathroom necessities. We appreciated having plenty of beach towels available for our use. We needed to contact the owners on two occasions and they were very helpful and responded quickly.

Perfect stay

Beautiful vacation spot for couples. Sunset walks on the beach and moonlit setting on the bay. So relaxing listening to the ocean laying on a lounge chair, could sleep out there all night. The Condo was perfect in every way. The comfort of home away from home.

Great Condo, great location in the Florida Keys

Condo is as described. Clean, great location in the middle keys, easy drive to all kinds of activities. Daughters loved the pool. Just some info about the Florida Keys in general, not knocking the condo whatsoever…the keys have great boating, fishing and snorkeling. However, not a really good beach destination, We did not enjoy sitting on the beach at all…the smell is horrendous! Lots of sea grass washes up on shore constantly and it bakes in the hot sun and the smell is like rotting eggs. Not sure if it is this bad all year long or just seasonally. Just wanted to give a heads up. Thanks for a great stay and would recommend the condo.

Could be better

We enjoyed many things about this property, The location, beach were beautiful! We made use of many things within the condo, noodles, beach chairs, cooler were great. A little disappointed they was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap. When asked we did receive them but should have been there already. The laundry room smells like a sewer and I would not use it. We chose to go to a laundry mat instead. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with spices for cooking. Only other frustrating, thing is that the garbage men come every day at 7am. No chance of sleeping in.

Great visit.

As advertised, no real surprises. Fantastic location to explore up and down the keys. Key Colony community is beautiful. We live in a one story home, not used to the stairs to third floor unit. So be prepared for that. We were aware of this before we booked, and it realy was not an issue for us. But older folks may have a problem.

Great condo in a fabulous location

This was our third visit to the Keys and without doubt this was by far the best accommodation we've stayed in. It is so well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, the private beach and gardens just lovely. We would really recommend this accommodation and if we're lucky enough to get to the Keys again we would definitely stay here again!

First time in The Keys

My husband and I came down to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. As soon as we walked into our condo, there was a bottle of champagne with our name on it! Thank you so much for that, Tom & Patti. We loved our week down here at the condo and out 'n about. What a beautiful place! The condo was perfect for our Christmas gift getaway. Had everything you needed and fully stocked kitchen. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful. Loved all the info in the book providing tips for catching all the must do in the keys Can’t wait to come back again

Clean, Modern and Well-Stocked!

The unit was modern, very clean and very well stocked with everything anyone could need. From the kitchen equipment to the linens and bath and beach towels to the beach chairs, cooler and fishing tackle, this unit had EVERYTHING! The private beach was just right with the brand new beach loungers and gas grilles. The common areas and grounds were in immaculate shape. We highly recommend this unit at Sea Isles in KCB. We'll definately be back!

Great location, beautiful beach

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo in Key Colony and plan to return some day. Loved sitting on the private beach and watching boats go by during the day and stars come out at night. Close to everything we needed, such as grocery stores and restaurants, but very quiet and private. Condo was equipped with everything we needed.

Amazing vacation home

Vacation property was great-location, amenities and overall experience was amazing. The condo had everything a family with small kids needs. Added bonus were the travel guides that helped us choose a few spits to visit! The pool was very nice and well-maintained. The private beach was a great place to relax and listen to the ocean. Will definitely recommend to anyone! Thank for a wonderful stay!

Relaxing Keys Get Away

My husband, myself and another couple enjoyed our stay while our boys participated in A Sea Base Scout adventure. This condo was everything it advertised. It was clean, great location, nice beach and pool. We would definitely stay here again!!

Can’t wait to come back to paradise!!

This rental was worth every single penny! It was beautiful, clean breathtaking view! I cannot wait to bring my friends and family back here. We met so many great people at the pool at the beach and all over the town. It was nice to be a little distance from Key West to get the small town feel and still close enough to drive to Key West for the day too! Really fun and awesome restaurants right by the water! Best of all the sunset cruise with Captain Dale! The sunset cruise was so relaxing so romantic it is a must you while you are there! Definitely call and book it (305) 304-2982! Now that I’m home back to my stressful life it’s the memories of the Keys helping me get through my busy day! Can’t wait to go back!

Another day in Paradise

Property was very nice. It’s on 3rd floor. Elevator would have made it a little better. But overall we had a wonderful time. Great sea food near by.Beautiful scenery

We really enjoyed our stay! Patti was very quick to respond to any questions that came up before and during our vacation. The property is maintained well and the pool was the perfect temp! We loved walking the beach and cooking on the Weber grills in the common area. Quiet place for a nice getaway! Would return for sure!

Great condo at a very good location

The condo was very clean. The pool and beach area were great and the overall location made it very easy to go anywhere in the keys we wanted. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the keys.

A week in paradise

Excellent! We had such a wonderful time. The condo was very clean, very quiet, and the views were very beautiful. We will definitely be back. But next time I will bring the kids. I have ZERO COMPLAINTS. Definitely 5 stars all the way through. Thank you!

Great vacation

We had a great stay! The property was so pretty and well taken care of. We really like the community feel of Key Colony Beach. Every morning we ventured out for a family jog/bike ride and had so much fun. The beach was absolutely beautiful! Not having a washer and dryer in the unit was tough, but we managed. Overall, the stay was fabulous!

We first traveled to Key Colony Beach five years ago for my son's spring break. We arrived at night and the first person we met at the condo said, 'Welcome to paradise!' Boy was he right. It was so beautiful and we fell in love with Key Colony Beach and the Florida Keys right away! We knew we wanted a piece of paradise!

When we saw the condo we knew right away that this was the place for us! The condo is beautiful, new kitchen, tile foors and a view from the patio. We love the beach, the water, the palm trees and the beautiful landscaping!
