At 0.4 miles away, this house is the closest rental to the Canyon Rim Visitor Center & historic bridge in the New River Gorge National Park.

The property:
Plenty of space for the group to spread out in the 8,300 sq ft house on 6 acres with 8 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
- 1400 sq ft covered porch to sit and relax as you watch the local wildlife. Deer and groundhogs visit the property almost every day. If you're lucky you'll see them snacking on the apples that fall from the many fruit trees on the property.
- 700 sq ft deck with a gas grill overlooks the 1/3 acre stocked fishing pond where you can typically see the massive koi swimming around.
- 4 car garage to hang your gear to dry after getting off the river. 2 Metal hanging racks and metal hangers are provided.

Outside:
- Fishing poles and tackle are provided to try your luck in the stocked pond. The pond is stocked with Bass and Bluegill, catch and release only.
- Two disc golf baskets and discs.
- Volleyball net available to be set up in the grass in front of the house.

Inside:
The house has 3 floors while the garage and bonus room is connected to the house through the laundry room on the main floor and is two floors.

Main Floor:
-3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, dining room (with TV), kitchen, living room (with TV), entry, laundry room, and 1152 sq ft bonus room.
-The laundry room is off of the kitchen and in addition to the large washer and dryer has a second full size refrigerator.
-Massive dining room to allow the entire group to sit together with seating for 26+ inside. Seating is made up of two 10’ tables with two 54” benches and seven chairs at each table. An 8’ folding table with 10 folding chairs is provided that will also fit in the main dining room combining for seating of 36+.
-On the deck overlooking the pond there are three 8’ picnic tables with seating 30 with the folding chairs at the table ends. Access the covered porch and deck from this level.

Second floor:
- 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with bathtubs), and a large loft living room overlooking the dining room and pond with 2 large couches and 3 easy chairs.

Basement:
- Movie theater with projector & 120” screen, surround sound, and stadium seating for 7 adults on two couches.
- Poker room complete with a 10 person poker table and chairs, cards, and poker chips.
- Office with a desk and chair to provide a quiet place to sneak in that quick work call.
- 2 player head to head Ms. Pacman arcade game. Includes these games: Ms. PAC-MAN, Galaga, Dig Dug, Mappy, The Tower of Druaga, Rompers, Rally-X, Rolling Thunder, Dig Dug II, Galaxian, PAC Mania, and Galaga 88.
- BattlePutt mini golf game
- A second kitchen complete with a mini fridge, sink, and stove top for when additional cooking space is needed.
- Bedroom space and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 1 (Master) - Sleeps 2. 1 King bed, ensuite bathroom with 2 vanities, walk-in shower, large soaking tub, toilet, and a bidet. Private entry to the covered porch. Located on the main floor off of the dining room with white walls.
Bedroom 2 - Sleeps 3. Twin XL over queen bunk bed. Located on the main floor off of the dining room with white walls.
Bedroom 3 - Sleeps 2. Queen bed. Located on the main floor off of the living room with blue walls.
Bedroom 4 - Sleeps 7. Three bunk beds made up of two Twin/Twin and one Twin/Full. Located on the second floor with green walls, next to bedroom 5.
Bedroom 5 - Sleeps 2. King bed. Located on the second floor with brown walls.
Bedroom 6 - Sleeps 6. Two bunk beds made up of a twin over two twins and a twin over a full. Located on the second floor with pink walls, next to bedroom 7.
Bedroom 7 - Sleeps 2. Queen bed. Located on the second floor with blue walls.
Bedroom 8 - Sleeps 5. Two bunk beds made up of a Twin XL over Queen and a Twin/Twin. This bedroom is the main open area of the basement, there is a door at the top of the steps to the basement.

Things to note:
- The original homestead house from 1830 is at the front of the property but is not occupied and not accessible for guests.
- The listed 8th bedroom is the main openspace of the basement. There is a door to this space at the top of the steps. There is also and exterior door.
- Any wedding or events at the property must be approved beforehand.
- The driveway is steep coming off the main road so a lowered vehicle may not be able to pull in the driveway.
