🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Unassigned parking is available for up to two vehicles in the community lot. Parking passes are provided inside the condo and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this condo.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community hot tub and sauna. The spa and laundry facilities are open daily from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

• Laundry: Community coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site during spa hours.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate TOT-05960-0084.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
