Perfect four-bedroom getaway vacation home!

This charming Hilton Head home comes equipped with an updated kitchen and baths and new flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. The bright and open living room looks out over the private pool to the lagoon view. Imagine spending fun family time here around the pool and on the dock. Teach the kids to fish from the dock, or launch your kayak for a leisurely ride! Cozy and quiet location within the resort. The ocean and beach are minutes away.

Scenic, ten-minute walk to the beach. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a master suite with a king size bed, garden tub and large, walk-in shower with a lovely view overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has a King size bed, HDTV and view of the backyard. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth spacious bedroom features a Queen bed, entertainment TV area, sofa and private bathroom.

The pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.

Great house and location to everything we needed. Pool was fun and we really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Coffee on the dock was lovely and seeing the wildlife.

The property is nice. Was clean upon our arrival. The bedroom upstairs is hot. Tough to sleep up there. The temperature of the rest of the house is fine. Decent pool. A ways to the beach if that is important to you.

The pictures need to be updated. The bathtubs, jacuzzi, water faucets..all had mold and rust on it. Dirty underneath the beds.. someone else's underwear was under the bed as well as make up and food. The shower head was broken upstairs and someone had tried to hold it together with a hair bow

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in PD a few times but this was our first two week stay.Our party consisted of four adults and we found the house nice and clean. We enjoyed the backyard pool and lagoon and had several birds and analysts visitors I cluding a large alligator. The master bed is comfortable and enjoyed the skylight over the shower. No complaints bit a few recommendations. Pladtic glasses that can be used at the pool, upgrade the patio furniture, add a couple of throws to the living groom. We luckily brought our own Sanown. I would also stabilize the walk to the lagoon and add hand rails for senior visitors.

Reviewer Comments: very good. nice house. loft is not ideal because you cant sleep if people are active down stairs. should have basic cleaning supplies (windex for glass tables, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent). just a two day supply is being cheap while this is a nice expensive place to stay you should supply a few dollars worth of supplies which will help us to keep the house nice and clean while we stay.

Great House

House was clean and deco was up to date. Very nice house and pool. We had a 2 year old and an infant so the only issue was itā€™s a long walk (1.4 miles) to the beach access. We have been staying at Palmetto Dunes for 38 years and this was just another great family vacation.

Loved the location

Nice home with pool. Home is dated and needs some love but comfortable. Would be nice to have access to the bike sand kayaks. Not super happy with the check in system or level of service provided. Was hung up on when I called in asking questions about the check-in system and app. The home gets 4 stars, the management company gets 0 stars.

The entire main floor area was great- bathrooms, furniture, flooring, beds- all wonderful. The reason I couldnā€™t give it 5 stars is due to the upper floor. This is billed as a 4 bedroom house, which is what we needed for our group size. Unfortunately , the 4th sleeping area is a loft which is open to below and has no door. Also, the furniture up there was dated, the bed wasnā€™t super comfortable and the popcorn ceiling - which is very low in some areas- is peeling off. If you donā€™t need a 4th bedroom, itā€™s a great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this same property three years prior, but our expectations were not met this year. It appeared that nothing had been updated since 3 years ago and some maintenance was definitely needed in many areas. There was some broken/ mis-matched furniture, a lack of replacement trashbags, a very small, inefficient vacuum and no broom, virtually no cleaning supplies, rough poor quality linens, a tv in the Master suite that didn't work, wires connecting the cable/ tv on display and hanging from the mantle in the living room, burnt out lightbulbs in the Master, a slight musty "old" smell in the upstairs loft bedroom, rusty/ stained dirtiness in the microwave, the blender had mold on the seals that couldn't be scrubbed off... just lots of little things that after awhile began to add up. We were also not given a schedule for when pool maintenance was coming which was surprising and since our last stay the HHI airport has opened, so most of Sunday when we were trying to hang out on the backyard/ pool area, we couldn't even talk because the planes were flying so low overhead and the noise made it impossible to hear each other. We loved this house the first stay in 2018. This time, the experience was so subpar that we will search for alternative housing for our next visit to HHI. :-(

The house is nicely decorated, the beds are really comfortable, and the pool is perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. The house is in an area of Palmetto Dunes that is not busy with traffic, so it was peaceful and quiet and riding bikes around the neighborhood was great!

Beautiful property!! It was 8 family ages ranged from 4-65 years old and everyone had enough space. Everyone loved the pool and the deck by the water. Very relaxing space. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed which was great. We were able to prepare all our meals and didnā€™t eat out once! Check in was also a breeze!!! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!!

Great Yard

The house has a great backyard-beautiful pool and nice deck over the lagoon. We loved it. Only disappointment we had... we rent a lot on Hilton head and most of the homes we stay at provide some beach chairs and other niceties... this home is bare bones as far as that goes. Very clean, very nice home.
