The main highlights of the 5th-floor condo:



The sitting area features a comfy sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV, plus floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the private balcony. Step outside, relax on cushioned seating and take in the lovely weather!



The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean-up. For sit-down meals, there’s a beautiful wood dining table, and for added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer in the unit.



2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 5 guests as such:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, direct access to the balcony

Bedroom 2: Double bed & Single Trundle bed



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the condo plus access to the communal areas. The condo includes one two pools, a hot tub, a ping pong table, a gym, a boat slip on the canal, tennis/pickleball court, and beach access just crossing the road.

Nuevo Vallarta is a picturesque destination on the Pacific coast of Mexico. Travelers are treated to pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, and a wealth of water sports activities. Nature enthusiasts can explore the diverse marine life of Banderas Bay, go whale-watching, or venture into lush tropical forests for hiking and wildlife encounters.



Getting Around:

The Quinta San Miguel Ocean & Canal property is APPROXIMATELY 11.5 km | 7.2 from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s 1 free designated parking space if you are arriving by car.



Other Things to Note:

As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 21 kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.

Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.

Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



Interaction with Guests:

You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
