Hi Nicholas, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the great location, communication, and overall experience. We’re sorry that a few unexpected “tiny roommates” made an appearance during your stay. While the occasional visitor can happen in coastal environments, we understand that they are not the kind of vacation company anyone signs up for! We’ve shared your comments with our team so we can review and address this concern. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for a more comfortable and pest-free getaway next time! Best regards, Benchmark Management

Pleased you had a fantastic vacation at our condo.

Thanks for your input.Previous renters had broken some things and rearranged my furniture.Working on repairing broken items.Would appreciate it if these things had been addressed while you were staying in the unit and they could have been taken care of.

Thanks for the feedback on the cleaning issues. Will be working on the cleaners to do a better job and replacing them with a new cleaning service if improvements are not made. There might be a few minor issues in the bathrooms that need to be addressed but “ a lot of wear and tear “ is a gross exaggeration. There is someone available for repairs if there is something broken or not working in the condo. I urge all my guests to request a service call if there is something that needs to be repaired and it will be taken care of in a timely manner. The cleaners could have returned for another cleaning if requested. Not aware of any fans that are not working. All were working fine a few weeks ago.The Property has multiple repeat guests and multiple great reviews. Aside from a bad cleaning job which is inexcusable ... the other complaints are of a minor nature and could have been easily and quickly repaired during your stay. Ime sorry you were dissapointed... however the property is a lot better and nicer than you make it out to be.

Pleased you had a great stay and hope to have you as guests again.

Hi Cindy! Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re delighted your family had such a wonderful beach week. Being just steps from the sand makes those “we forgot the snacks!” moments a whole lot easier. We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful views, the bright and cheerful space, and the included beach chairs and umbrella. It sounds like you made the most of every sunny moment, and that’s exactly what we hope for our guests. We’d love to welcome you back for another dose of sunshine and seaside memories! Warm regards, Benchmark Management
