Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing! My family and I gathered there- 9 adults and 4 children, and this house was perfect! The house is well appointed, has beautiful rooms throughout, is well stocked with amenities. It is close to the beach and town; a perfect location. We will be back!

We enjoyed the pool, outside areas, and the beautiful home! The location of the home was perfect! Enjoyed being at the end of the street, but not far from the beach! The pool is large and heated upon our request for a small price! The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this property!

Great family house

Tresca Pines is an amazing home!! We had a great family vacation and enjoyed everything about this house!! The pool and outside porches made being outside so enjoyable. The house is so well stocked. They had plenty of beach chairs, kids books and games, coolers on the porches to use and a very attentive house manager!! The decor inside is beautiful and very comfortable. We would recommend this house!!

An amazing escape to the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful property handled 12 of us from 3 families to close out summer with our high school graduates. The ideal location in proximity to the beach made it simple and easy to get there while enjoying the scenic porch views of the lake behind us. All of our families loved our time here and I’m sure we will be back.

Spacious Living

Beautiful property with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The place is exactly as described. Only two negatives: Short, dusty dirt road to get to property. Heated pool is available for an extra fee.

Most disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just like previous reviews that are buried, the home was filthy with a lot of items in disrepair. The home has heavy deferred maintenance, isn’t being properly cleaned or kept up. Management company blamed us as difficult yet 2 vacations per year every year for 25 plus years I have never reviewed less than 5 star and perfect. This home quality was well below expectations. The furniture had cheap coverings to hide gross stains. To make matters worse the beach is private but it’s rented to umbrella company to pack the private beach that once was reserved for the home. Beware the ad- the “private walkover” leads to a very packed beach rented out - 3 rows deep and side to side. Absolutely unreal.

Truly Remarkable

This home is fantasitc in all ways! The things I was worried about were never a worry with this home! It's perfectly walkable to the beach, they already had tons of bikes to use, they had sand toys and a cart to use. Close enough for teens to drive a golf cart to Seaside and surrounding areas. We had an amazing time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Family Beach Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from 1 week family vacation at this wonderful beach house. We usually stay directly on the beach ,so this was going to be a new experience. We actually loved the peacefulness of the surrounding Lagoon . The house is;designed and decorated beautifully. So nice that each of six bedrooms had their own full bath . Location was great, near a very popular and yummy Ice Cream shop Pecan Jacks , a must visit at least once!! WE HIGHLY recommend this house for family vacations. Thank you for all the special goodies when we arrived .

Wonderful with a tweak or two

We were very impressed with the cleanliness, style, and overall vibe at this property. The location was awesome, nice and private. The pool was a good size for several kids to enjoy at once. Plenty of beds for everyone, although with so many kids we wished there were more twin-sized beds. Our only complaint was that with a house this size and price, we were surprised to find not a single spare roll of toilet paper, not a single tissue in any of the tissue boxes on bathroom counters, no spare paper towels, and not a single laundry detergent pod or sample of any kind. With 15 guests we were out of toilet paper and paper towels in a day. I've stayed in half a dozen VRBOs and this is the first I have ever been in that didn't have lots of extras stashed in the cabinets.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The house has a great layout. The pool was amazing to have for kids who don’t enjoy the beach. We liked how secluded the location feels while being close to the beach. The beach chairs/wagon/umbrellas/beach toys in the garage were very helpful. The beds are comfortable. The walk to the beach is very manageable if you aren’t carrying a lot. We are early beach goers so we had no problems finding a parking spot at the public parking by the access. Definitely recommend staying here!
