This 4 bed, 3 bath, beautifully maintained, ideally located, central-air conditioned one story home sleeps 10, and is just 6 houses from the beach, one block to the school yard with basketball courts, two blocks to Fantasy Island, Bay Village, water slides, shopping, restaurants and many other activities.

Many of our guests are either a family or 2-families who want to share their vacation time together.

The location is fantastic, on a quiet residential street, and the house is bright, warm and extremely relaxing with all of the modern comforts of home.

Our home features four tastefully decorated bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed and flat screen HDTV, 1 with a queen size bed and flat screen HDTV, 1 with a queen sized canopy bed and flat screen HDTV, and the fourth with bunk beds having a twin and full mattress.

There are 3 bathrooms; two full baths, one with a shower/tub, one with a shower, and one half-bath.

The home boasts a large open dining room and living room with a 42” flat panel TV, a pull out Pottery Barn queen sized couch, and a state-of-the art kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. There is also a washer and dryer.

Outside, there is a comfortable porch where you can sit, relax, and get lulled by the soothing sounds of the ocean, 2 separate seating areas, and a wonderful illuminated seating/dining area complete with both a gas and charcoal grill and outdoor tables with ample seating for 12.

The other outdoor amenities include an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water), on-site parking for 4-cars. Our home is adjacent to the Beach Haven bike path.

The home comes with FREE WiFi, HDTV and Free use of Beach Badges... all included…everything you will need for a great vacation!

Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Mattresses were a little firm but worked fine for our short stay. Always a little tricky to coordinate linens for a short stay so would appreciate rental recommendations in the future! Great location, close to restaurants and bars, and plenty of space for hanging out.

Beach Haven reunion

Grew up spending my Summers at Beach Haven...hadn't been back in 20 years. Didn't let down and the property worked so well. A little beach worn, but can't beat location. It was simply perfect.

Great house close to the beach and other Beach Haven haunts. The 7th St beach entrance was the easiest access we have ever had. The house appears small from the front, but has 4 decent sized bedrooms and the outdoor space is fantastic. Some of the online material about the property is dated and needs updating (they do have bedspreads and pillows).

Home was very comfortable. Beach access could not be better. Short walk to blvd with everything you might want, especially with small children. Would certainly consider another stay at this location. Owner was very responsive when necessary.

Pros: Great Overall location to beach, Fantasy Island - small kids, and many restaurants. House was clean. Outdoor shower is great. Four beach badges were included. Cons: Living room needs more seating instead of a china hutch, dining room table only has two benches. Grill was dirty and had no gas, furniture is dated, no master bedroom.

Review

The property was clean, and the location was excellent. The property itself was spacious and well kept. My only observation was that there was really not enough comfortable seating in the living room, and the outdoor furniture was a bit dated and a bit uncomfortable. The bathrooms were cramped. The hammock was wonderful!

Great location food prep equipment less then desirable

The house was great except for the grill which was packed with grease and was engulfed in flames. The stove began smoking while preheating. Had a blast otherwise.

Annual Steak Dinner and Reunion

The property was as described and the host was generous allowing us to check-in earlier. What was not as described were the grills, which was on the list of items that were highlighted by the VRBO host, they were not clean nor was there sufficient gas in the gas grill. The charcoal grill was also rusted and there was not any charcoal. We discovered this when we were preparing to grill our steaks-the entire reason for our get together annually is our 'steak dinner'! There was no place to get gas at 7:30- 8:00PM. We were lucky to purchase charcoal at a nearby WAWA. Cooking on a charcoal grill is NOT the same as a gas grill. Steaks were nearly ruined and both grills need to be replaced. The racks on the gas grill were rusted and obviously not cleaned or upkept. Otherwise, perfect location for what we needed it for.

Tremendous Week at the Shore

The property is superbly located within walking distance of the beach as well as to various restaurants and activities. The property albeit a bit dated is well kept and clean. Commuciation with the owner were easy, transparent and infromative.

Family Vacation

We just stayed at this property for a week in August. The location was perfect, especially for a family with smaller children. The house was clean when we arrived and the check in process was extremely easy and convenient. My only complaint would be that some of the furniture was a little hard/sharp for our small children (2 and 3) but that is to be expected when it’s not your own furniture and you can’t “baby proof”. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great house, great location

Harlan and the property manager were both very easy to work with, and very responsive. The house is a VERY short walk (6 lots) to the beach entrance. The house does not have any real area to hang out, but if you plan to spend time at the beach and in town, it may not be that important.

Great stay in Beach Haven, LBI.

We had a great week with the family in Beach Haven! The most important aspect of this rental is "location, location, location". Being super close to the beach (half block and easy walk to lug all the stuff) and a short walk to all the great Beach Haven shopping, restaurants and Fantasy Island games and rides is great advantage. The house had a spacious backyard for our group to relax and grill outside, as well as plenty of room inside with the 4 bedrooms. Owner was quick to respond to all communication and we had no issues. Would love to stay again next year.

Great house, great location

Our second year renting at this location. Property owners are very easy to deal with and very responsive to any issues. Location is great if you have teenage kids, it's close to everything and LBI is a very safe area to let your kids explore on bike or foot. This house is in the heart of Beach Haven, close to everything, yet still has a nice secluded backyard to get away from it all.
