The Space

Upstairs, a loft area serves as the perfect retreat for kids or teenagers, featuring two sets of full-over-full bunk beds—a fun and cozy space to unwind after a day of sun and surf. The primart suite is a true haven, complete with a private balcony overlooking the beach, offering a serene spot to sip morning coffee or watch the waves roll in.

For added convenience, Sandsong boasts two laundry rooms—one conveniently located near the modern, fully equipped kitchen and another inside the spacious walk-in closet of the master bedroom.

Outside, a sprawling open deck invites you to soak in the sun and salty breeze. A long wooden dune walkover leads directly from the home to the soft, powdery sand, making it effortless to slip off your flip-flops and step into the cool Gulf waters.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was nice! The place was clean and kitchen well stocked. Parts of it could use some tlc, but overall good experience. It would be nice if the ere were blackout curtains it blinds on the beach facing windows.

Lots of Convenience, right at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of space in the master bedroom! Plenty of bathrooms and even two washer/dryers!! Not super updated but everything you’d need. Of course you can’t beat being directly on the beach. Our combined families enjoyed our stay 🩵

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! The house was right on the beach! The boardwalk ended about 15 feet from the actual sand...the house was as described. The only things I would suggest that they add would be more kitchen towels/dish clothes, a hose to rinse off more easily from the beach (there was a water faucet but it was hard to get all the sand off) and some type of dressers or chests in the bedrooms to store your clothes. Other than these things, the rest was great!

This was the perfect set up for my family! We loved the easy walk down to the beach and it’s just a quick ride to Tacky Jack’s for a bushwhacker and sunset on the bay. We had everything we needed! The host was so kind and responsive.

Great location, private and spacious. Outdoor deck and deck furniture was great. Kind of odd layout. Cleanliness needs to be addressed, very dirty vents, ceiling fans. Found a greasy used frying pan in cabinet. Outdoor shower did not work, broken lamp in bedroom, dishwasher door seal was broken. Communication with property manager was excellent. House met our needs just needs a little TLC.

Place was perfect for us. We booked for a ball tournament/vacation. House was as advertised. Definitely would stay there again.

Wonderful week

Loved the fact it was right on the beach! The property was nice and well appointed. Plenty of room for 5 of us but could easily have held more. We had a great time and it was very relaxing stay. We were hit with a few charges after the stay but they worked with us on them.

Location was perfect, the house was disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was absolutely perfect. The rental company was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions about the house/reservation before we arrived. I hate to leave this review, but things need to be addressed for the safety of future guests. First, on arrival, we had to retrieve the garbage cans from the street to throw our trash away. Then there’s at least 3 very soft/rotting spots on the main floor (one by dishwasher and two in living room). You step on them and sink down. We put boxes over these areas to avoid stepping on them in case they caved in. There is also a soft board in front of the rinse off shower. Not as soft as the spots inside. Also, the furniture is very dirty. The couch arms have dirt and oils caked on them and the hand rails to the third floor are brown even though they are painted white. The fan in the main living room is also so caked with dust that it was off balance and wiggled a lot. There should also be more lighting options in the living room. There are no over head lights or lamps and the only light in that room are 2 flood lights that make a fire crackling sound when you turned them on, so we didn’t (should be 3 lights but one is burned out). The linens were also very pilled and damaged around the feet are in the king bed, which alluded to the fact that people with gross feet slept in the sheets before us. They were clean, but made us uncomfortable. The towels and the wash cloths were also very thin. They clearly were lower quality and have been used until they are threadbare. They were sufficient, but not very nice. Lastly, the dishes and pans, and the blender were a few of the kitchen items we had to clean before using. The blender was sticky and had not been cleaned, there were a few plates with dried on food and the pans had a film on them we had to scrub before using. We were very disappointed in the house’s condition and I wish other reviewers had posted reviews alluding to some of this

We had a great stay! This was by far the best stocked kitchen of any house we've stayed in. The house was great, the beach was great. Community was easy. We will stay again.

Wonderful view nice and close to the beach with very spacious and comfy beds. Incredibly cute home. Would not recommend the grill tho. It's v rough looking but that's really the only neg and we didn't intend on grilling anyway.
