Parking: 1 standard size vehicle permitted (1 additional overflow spot is available across the street from the condo).
Amenity Starter Pack: Includes 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, 5 trash bags, and a laundry pod pack.
Kitchen: Equipped with standard stainless appliances, and traditional drip coffee maker.
Bikes: None included, but can be rented for an additional fee.
Golf Carts: Not included, but can be rented for an additional fee.
Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: Available from the onsite vendor for an additional fee.
Condo Layout – Main Level

Continue down the hall and you’ll find the second Guest King Suite, conveniently located near the kitchen. This spacious bedroom shares a full bathroom (also with a tub/shower combo), easily accessible just outside the room—ideal for families or friends traveling together.
The galley-style kitchen is a dream for any cook, boasting sleek, modern appliances, generous storage, and all the essentials—from cookware and flatware to dishes and glassware.
Just off the kitchen, the dining area opens up to stunning Gulf-front views through the large balcony doors. Whether you're enjoying a quiet breakfast or a sunset dinner, the backdrop of the beach and ocean is simply unforgettable.

Located in the heart of the iconic 30A corridor, you’re perfectly positioned to explore nearby Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach just to the east—both offering fantastic dining, shopping, and entertainment. To the west, you'll find Seacrest Beach, and for the adventurous, scenic biking and walking trails run right outside your door, inviting you to explore everything this vibrant coastal community has to offer.

No smoking in the condo, on the balconies, around the pool area, in the walkways, or any common areas.
No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms.
Guests must sign the rental agreement and agree to all terms. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
Parking is only available for 1 vehicle in the parking lot. Overflow parking for 1 additional car is available, but across the street from the condo.
No RVs, trailers, watercraft, or large vans permitted. Overflow parking is not available.
Good Neighbor Policy
This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Violations of HOA rules or disturbances will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
