Nestled in the heart of Oak Island, this classic coastal vacation home offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience. Overlooking the stunning marsh and the tranquil waters of Davis Canal, this home invites you to unwind in a peaceful natural setting. Whether you're sipping morning coffee on the swing as the sun rises over the marsh or enjoying a quiet evening on the screened-in porch, the views here are truly unforgettable. Just a short walk from the beach, this dog-friendly retreat is ideal for families and small groups looking for a relaxing getaway.



The home features three cozy bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The screened-in porch, complete with a ceiling fan and a dining table for six, creates the perfect setting for meals or board games with the family. Step out to enjoy a soak in the brand-new hot tub or fire up the charcoal grill for a cookout. Outdoor living is made easy with thoughtfully placed furniture on both the front and rear decks, offering plenty of space to relax and soak in the fresh sea breeze.



Guests can take advantage of the four adult bikes, four beach chairs, and two beach umbrellas provided for exploring the island or enjoying long days by the ocean. After a day of adventure, rinse off the sand and salt in the outdoor shower and settle into the rhythm of island life. Whether you’re watching egrets glide across the canal, relaxing in the hot tub under the stars, or gathering with loved ones in the inviting outdoor spaces, this Oak Island retreat has everything you need for a memorable coastal escape.



Dog-Friendly Amenities:

We understand that your furry friend is part of the family, which is why our rental home is proudly dog-friendly. With plenty of space to roam and explore, as well as easy access to the beach for long walks and playtime, your four-legged companion will feel right at home during your stay.

If you are bringing a pet, the pet fee must be paid prior to your check-in. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a pet.

Beyond the confines of our rental home, Oak Island beckons with a wealth of attractions and activities to suit every interest and preference. Spend your days lounging on the beach, swimming in the crystal-clear waters, or embarking on exciting adventures such as kayaking, paddleboarding, or fishing. Explore the charming shops and restaurants that line the streets of Oak Island, or take a short drive to nearby attractions such as the Oak Island Lighthouse, Southport Waterfront Park, or the North Carolina Maritime Museum.



Please note: Linens are included with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap per bathroom, make up remover and 2 bottles of water.



Limit of 2 dogs -**A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged. Dogs are NOT allowed on any furniture or beds. Failure to follow this will result in additional cleaning charges.
