Palm Bay Club - Bayfront Large 2/2 Condo - Reasonable Price

This large two bedroom, two bath condo overlooks Sarasota Bay and the Intercoastal Waterway. There are only 2 condos of this size that have east facing windows and no support pillars in the living room. It is the end condo on the third (top) floor with a great view of the Bay, the pool, the large hot tub, the fishing pier and boat dock. The condo is located on the peaceful bayside and you can watch the boats go up and down the intercoastal waterway from the condo, pool, hot tub, or pier. When you want the excitement of fabulous Crescent Beach, just walk through the complex and your beach furniture is waiting for you. Sun bathe, swim, boogie board, snorkel, collect shells, or just watch people go by. When you walk on the beach your feet won’t get hot because it is one of three quartz beaches in the world. When you’re done at the beach and ready to wind down, you and your guests will be able to escape to the quiet comfort of the bayside.

There is a Verizon FiOS Television Prime Bulk Package with a 15 channel HBO package, a DVR with a HDTV in the living room, a digital set box in the master bedroom with a HDTV and a standard set box with a digital TV in the second bedroom. Each TV has a DVD player.

You can also stop at the clubhouse and workout (a $40 key deposit is required for use), sit in a sauna, shoot pool, play ping pong, swim in another pool, or play tennis on one of the lighted courts.

When you are in the condo you have a double sized living room/dining room so you won’t feel cramped. It sleeps up to six comfortably. Wireless internet is free for all you web surfers.

If you have a large group, I also have the adjacent condo and you can sleep a total of ten. You need to reserve early because I rent out both condos individually.
