This 3rd floor oceanfront condo sleeps 8-10 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two queens in bedroom 2, and two doubles in bedroom 3. With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 321 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This light and airy property has ceramic tile or wood flooring throughout. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

Having stayed in this property three years ago, the recent renovation to kitchen is beautiful with ocean and pool view. Ideal location to beach, Cologne and park. Perfect family beach week.

The property was great for our weekend golf exursion. Nice location withan ocean view.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The updated kitchen in this condo was beautiful. New appliances and cabinets. Adequate number of seating. We were very disappointed in the Master bedroom. The louver doors were on off their hinges and just leaning up against the wall. The owner’s personal belongs were in totes and took up the entire closet space. In fact, all the closets were full of old pillows and comforters. An extremely small 6 drawer chest was the only drawer space in the master bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. From the start of the reservation to our departure. It has been remodeled and beautiful, kitchens and decor. However I will make a suggestion. Two bathroom doors are in bad shapes and need to be replaced. The door handle on the sliding glass door is broken. The screen is broken and leaning up against the door. The trim around some of the floors need to be replaced or painted. The closet door in the King size room is leaning inside the closet. These repairs take away from the new remodel. It would be nice to have hand rails in at least one of the bathrooms for the elderly. My mother and father in law had a very hard time showering. These are just suggestions. I don’t mean to complain.

Great property and agency. The only thing we encountered was the property was under construction and the elevators were not working which was not ideal. Would still recommend and would stay here again. Great for families. Pool was really nice and beach access was great.

Can't wait to book again!

We had a recent visit here and we were extremely pleased! The property was as clean as it could be on the beach. Do you ever really get all the sand off the floor? Everything within the listing was as advertised. You couldn't ask for a better location and access to the beach. Great views from the balcony of the beach and the pool area. We highly recommend this place to others and look forward to hopefully booking again next year.

I booked this condo before I saw any reviews, some were pretty bad so I was a little upset if the condo was that bad. They must of did updates because we loved the condo, the living space was super nice, the bathrooms had to be updated and the Bedrooms were nice as well! The kitchen needs some work but would not stop us from staying there again. There is a rug out on the patio that needs to be removed, it’s full of mold and I notice that most condos do not have them. It also has a nice view of the ocean and pool!

Beautiful condo

This condo was the perfect size for my family of 9! Every bedroom had a shower so getting ready for dinner was not an issue. The location was walking distance to many great restaurants!! Would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacay!

Love the location of this condo! We vacation with little people and everything was close enough to walk to. Great access to the beach, always open chairs at the pool, minutes to shopping, dining and ice cream. The condo is comfy for all of us, with each family having their own room/bathroom. Looking forward to our visit next year!
