Premier location in Hilton Head, short walk to everything you need from groceries to abundant restaurants, excellent accommodations, easy trip management, directly on the beautiful beach, private pool, clean and quiet, will stay again.

This was a great convenient place to stay. It was an easy walk or drive to all the things we had planned. The parking spot was a great bonus.

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay at Ocean One. Beautiful view of the ocean and in walking and biking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops.

A Lovely Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location and lovely rental. LOVED the fact that it was all hard wood floors and tile. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware one would need. Beautiful views of the ocean. A real gem!

The view of the ocean as you walked into the condo was amazing! The condo itself was bright and very spacious! It was also clean and well equipped. The host was great in communicating about the rental. It was a short distance to Coligny Square, where there were many restaurants. Other good restaurants were only minutes away. Would definitely stay there again!

The Condo was clean with a fantastic view and close to ocean. The proximity was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect condo and location. Clean, great location, easy access to pool, fire pits, and beach. Check in and out was so easy. Had a great time!

We loved every minute of our stay! Everything was great! They even had beach chairs and toys- even though the listing said it didn’t! Thanks so much!

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

This was our first time to Hilton Head. The Condo and the beach were beautiful. Great location! Unfortunately, hurricane Debby showed up and we had to cut our trip short. We will definitely be back and try this again!

Great Ocean View!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was a perfect location for our vacation. It is very well-maintained and has very nice upgrades. The view is spectacular and all the amenities to the complex are great! Great week on HHI

Great

Very nice! Super location. Beautiful grounds. Patio doors didn’t really lock and could be cleaner but I’m a stickler for the little details. Piled sheets and dust was present. We really enjoyed it and were shocked by all the wildlife, like the deer! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Condo

Beautifully decorated! Very roomy and description was spot on! Bed in Master was sooooo comfortable!!! Great privacy from the 2nd bedroom/bath with this floor plan. The ONLY thing I didn’t care for was the balcony... don’t get me wrong we lived out there BUT there isn’t much privacy from the other balconies. If there were screen wall partitions or something like a room divider panel or even lattice... but I didn’t see any others with anything shielding so I bet it’s an ordinance code. I didn’t mind other people being on their balcony but you could hear every conversation. Still not the fault of the condo but just wanted to mention that in case someone wanted privacy on the balcony. We will definitely stay here again. Location was fabulous!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loves Ocean One. We love working with Seashore Vacations. We have been coming to Ocean One for over 15 years. We have originally always stayed in condo 521. We have not in a few years. It is clean & accomodates our family. I just wish they would update alittle. Kitchen is older. Still uses keys for room when a keyless entry could be installed. And it costs the sam was some of the newer updated condos. It also seems that the pool closes atleast a day or more every time we are here for whatever reason. In 2017, you would think the pool would have a stronger pump system to deal with pool issues in a timely manner.

Perfect location with a million dollar view. Walking distance to everything Coligny has to offer including Tiki Hut, other shops and restaurants. You’re on the beach here, so it’s just down the elevator 5 floors and 100 yards to the sand. Nice beach too. You can hear the live music at Tiki Hut till 10pm. We enjoyed the music from the balcony at night. Master mattress could have been more firm, but that’s a personal thing, not a dig at the condo. Checkin after hours was a breeze, we just parked and got a parking pass from security in the morning. Ample parking too. There’s four beach chairs and some wooden skim boards. Well stocked kitchen and a big fridge/freezer combo. We didn’t need washer/dryer, but they look nice and not outdated. Overall, we had a great stay here and would repeat 10/10. For the money, this is a great spot. I hope they don’t raise the price too much cause this this is the sweet spot. The photo is a view from the balcony.

Beautiful property and unit. Very clean and looks exactly as pictured. Close to shops and restaurants. My only complaint is the pool closes at sundown.
