"Saltwater Splendor" very comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Sorry, no pets are permitted, and the home is not to be used for private events (no weddings, prom parties, bachelorette/bachelor parties, etc).

As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find "Saltwater Splendor" stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Freshly laundered Quilts, Sheets, and Towel Sets are provided for each bedroom/bathroom (don’t forget to pack your beach towels, or ask us about renting them through our linen partner!).

Once you book, PMI Saltwater will gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, bike and crib rentals, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge!

Park your car and walk to all that Stone Harbor has to offer! Nearby Chelsea Park offers a playground, fitness course and activities. Allow us to rent bicycles for you to explore all of Seven Mile Island.

Other Things to Note:
The Five bedrooms are all located on the second floor. The primary bedroom features a KING size bed, reading nook, and spacious en suite bathroom. The other four bedrooms are spacious and feature Queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. Now under new ownership, some cosmetic updates may not be reflected in the photographs.
