Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations paid via Stripe): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.
