Welcome to Next Best Thing, a newly built four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom beach house that comfortably sleeps up to ten guests. This spacious two-story home is designed for relaxation and style, featuring an open living room and kitchen with large windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase beautiful views. Step out from the living room onto the front porch or enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Each level of the home includes a large balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, balcony access, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom features another king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, and balcony access. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed. A shared hallway bathroom offers a tiled shower tub combo, and there is an additional half bathroom on the main floor for added convenience.

This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The property offers monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. Call our reservations team for these rates.
