4 BEDROOM, 3 bath duplex~~2 master bedrooms each with king beds, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with twin on top and double on bottom. Sleeps 12 total. ~~ beach house WITH POOL directly on the beautiful beach of Gulf Shores. Option to heat pool from October through March! Perfect family vacation get-a-way.
Renting a Beach house is better than having to deal with issues of a highrise condo. Free parking and step out of your door onto the beach!
Fantastic View of the Gulf of Mexico from both decks of house.
One Master bedroom is upstairs with a private balcony and stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico beach and pool. The other is downstairs for elderly visitors. Two other guest rooms are upstairs.
Very quiet beach, yet very close to the center of town.
Family friendly, fully stocked with everything you need for children. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to prepare your meals. Security system is used outside the house and pool area.

Great location directly on the beach, The swimming pool is small but clean. Furniture and including beds were good. The manager was very prompt with any problems and they were corrected or fixed right away. We did expect a gas grill instead of a charcoal grill but the grill was very nice but a gas grill would have been better for us.

Great Location

This is a nice property that’s right on the beach and also has a pool. It supplied things for babies (high chair/gate), and also things for the beach like umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, etc. There were some minor issues with cleanliness and maintenance but the owner was easy to contact and offered to take care of them.

Beach and pool were perfect for our family with 2 very small children. Each couple had own bed and bath which was nice. Appreciated all the baby gear and beach equipment provided. Large grill was also nice to have.

The view is everything. Property is dated, but the view is wonderful. Stale wet smell, but air freshner solved quickly. Linens are old and faded, but the pool was warm. If you can look past the little things, you will enjoy your stay. If you can't, do what I do and bring your own linen and towels and just enjoy the view.

Beautiful location and place

We loved our stay!! Beautiful place and location. Close to many restaurants and activities. Place provides everything you need for pool and beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and towels. And the pool is HEATED!! Was one of my favorite things. Was a great home away from home for our family. We definitely will be going back as Gulf Shores is our favorite annual vacation.

Nice

House is nice but outdated. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the place when we arrived. Contacted the property manager and issues were handled promptly. There are only 3 beach towels and only 12 regular towels and some of the regular towels were hand me downs from 1980. The furniture is comfortable as well as the mattresses. The pool is small but enjoyable. The neighborhood is safe and fun and of course the beach is great.

Great location, family-friendly!

Nice quiet duplex, amazing location! Nice bunk room for the kids with some kid-friendly amenities (PNP, high chair, pool toys, beach toys). We spent a ton of time on the deck and pool area. We really enjoyed the heated pool and multiple daily walks to the beach - tons of sand toys and a couple beach chairs + beach towels. Very close (driving distance) to the best hangouts nearby. We grilled out every day. Our kids had a blast and we would love to come back!

Great stay!

The stay was great! Property holder even turned the pool heater on for us. Now, this house does have some maintenance issues. We changed the beeping smoke detector batteries upon arrival. Fridge door didn’t close properly but was reported and management offered to fix immediately but we were ok with closing it shut and checking each time. Microwave above stove is unplugged and sparks when plugged in but they offered another working safer option on the counter. Overall great stay and would return! Highly recommended!!!

Loved it!

Don't know what these other negative views are for. But, it was clean in a great location. Messaged the property manager and she always quickly responded. Like the pool light wasn't work on our first night. Messaged her and she got right on it and said the pool guy would be out the next morning and he was. No other issues beach want crowded the whole weekend. You could actually set your beach stuff up with anyone being right on top of you. I would highly recommend the beach house to everyone to book.. I'm coming back next year for sure..

Location Great. House not as advertised

The location and view were fantastic. The house was not near as nice as advertised. Floors were not very clean. No broom to sweep sand. Light bulbs blown in bathroom and one bedroom. Refrigerator door was broken. No pot holders. There was 1 towel and wash cloth per person. Asked for additional towels and told charge would be $50. There was a camera between the 2 main decks. We found this to be intrusive as the deck is a private area. We left an expensive bed pillow and Tosha said she would ask cleaners to find it and mail (at our expense) which was ok. We attempted to contact her again and heard nothing. The stove and oven had not been cleaned and were extremely dirty. Again, the view and location were great.

Amazing House & Location

We loved everything about this home. It was in great condition and everything was great. The pool area is so nice, and the chairs are nice. The walk to the beach is not long from the house and the location of the house compared to town is very nice as well. The house was very well equipped with kitchen supplies and beach towels. Our family had a great time here and I would recommend it time over time.

Great beachside duplex!

We had a wonderful week in Gulf Shores. The place was exactly how the listing portrayed the property. Plenty of room, very clean, tons of beach gear to use, and fully stocked with essentials that made it feel close to home. We had great communication with the owners before and during our stay. The location was perfect being just far enough away from the “T”. We will look to book this place again when we return!
