Beautiful house for rent in the prestigious Monarch Beach Community, located directly across the street from the Monarch Beach resort. Resort like living, on the Monarch Links golf course and a short walk/bike ride to the beach. Best value if you are in town to attend a wedding, or if you are simply enjoying the beautiful weather. Enjoy the serene, relaxing benefits of being in an upscale gated community that far surpass staying in the popular condominium communities where it is loud and disruptive. Close to fine dining, Ritz Carlton hotel, Dana Point Harbor and Mission San Juan Capistrano. Both the St Regis and Ritz Carlton offer world class spas and gym amenities. Disneyland is a 40 minute drive. Two full bedrooms upstairs with private bath en suite and a den/bedroom downstairs with an adjacent full bathroom. Downstairs bedroom has a twin sized day bed with a roll out trundle that becomes two twin sized beds or pops up into a king sized bed. Laguna Beach Shuttle offers free transportation and has a shuttle stop at the Ritz Carlton hotel. Ritz Carlton and surfing spot Salk Creek beach is less than 1/8 mi. away. The Monarch Beach community is safe and secure in a gated area. Kitchen has all the amenities and there is a bbq grill in the spacious, beautifully landscaped backyard patio.

Our home away from home! A+++++++

We spent the Summer at this spectacular home and it was perfect for our needs. The house was clean, spacious, and a wonderful place to stay while our home was being remodeled. The beds were very comfortable with luxurious bedding and the large kitchen had everything we needed, which was very appreciated! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and located close to the beach and bike trails. My husband golfed at the Monarch Links, which is only a few minutes away, while I spent time at the St Regis spa. Karla was gracious and always available to help us. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Cute Well Equipped House

My husband and I recently spent a month here during which time our adult daughter and partner joined us for a few days and our adult son with his wife and two little boys joined us later in the month for a week. The house is very cute and well kept. The kitchen is incredibly well provisioned in terms of pots, pans etc. The lay out is very good with two fully ensuited bedrooms including a spacious master suite and the main floor has a large den with trundle beds and a cross hall full bathroom as well. There were, however, a couple of negatives. The description of the property leads one to think that the home is close to the beach. In fact, while you could, conceivably, walk to the beach, it would be a long walk and the walk home would be a brutal up hill climb. In addition, the description suggests that the home is "across the street" from the Monarch Beach Resort. Technically this is true in that the development in which the house is situated is across the street from the far end of the resort. However, the house is located some ways up the hill from the security gate leading to the street and the actual entrance to the resort is a ways down the street - a bit of a hike if you are going to use any of the facilities at the resort. Both of those factors were a disappointment to us. That said, both the beach and the resort were a very short drive from the house. The only other point I would make is that during the winter months, the patio area, which is large and well furnished, gets very little sun during the day just because of the position of the house. Finally, I have to say that Karla is amazingly responsive and friendly and we loved the fact that we had a weekly cleaning service.

GREAT HOME IN GREAT AREA!

Casa Regina is the place we have called "home away from home" every year for the past 3 years. Truly a resort like experience. I'm not surprised that Karla has numerous repeat tenants (like us) because of the quality and care that she has put into her home that other rentals in the area do not even compare to. Already looking forward to our next stay. 5 STARS ISN"T ENOUGH!!!

Gorgeous house in great location!

My wife and 2 kids have been renting in this area for the last 4 years and this has been the best location we have stayed at so far. The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was in a great location, minutes from the beach, golf course and close to shopping and dining. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, which is truly a luxury and not often found in most rentals. We highly recommend this home.

Superb Home in Monarch Beach! More than 5 stars!

My husband and I stayed at Casa Regina with our teenage son and we enjoyed everything it had to offer. Our son went surfing every morning at Salt Creek beach and had a blast! He's already asking when we are coming back! The house is decorated beautifully and the kitchen was one of the best I've seen in a rental. There was even a Nespresso maker! Karla was always available if we needed anything and our vacation couldn't have been any better. Highly recommended!!!!

Fabulous Monarch Beach Home - Highly Recommend!

Our six-week stay here could not have been more enjoyable, and Karla was the perfect hostess. The home is spacious and airy, private and secure, within a prestigious, guard-gated beach community. The decor is lovely and unique, the outdoor garden is serene and the kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything you will need to cook for your family, even including a variety of spices! The two upstairs bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable, and the den downstairs served as a nice optional third bedroom for my youngest son. The home was immaculate, and every detail has been thoughtfully addressed, including an abundance of high-quality linens and comfortable robes. The ocean views and watching the gorgeous sunsets from the upstairs bedroom was an added bonus each day! We walked several times to Salt Creek Beach and found a terrific organic popsicle stand (The Hive) along the way that my kids loved. Public library is within walking distance as well as two nice lunch spots. Karla was available any time we had a question. Very comfortably accommodated our family of four and we highly recommend Casa Regina to anyone for a vacation or staycation!

Exceptional Home in the Dana Point/Monarch Beach Area

I stayed at Casa Regina with my wife and three kids and it was beyond our expectations. The house was very clean and immaculate, the beds super comfortable, and the location was perfect. Karla was very helpful with all of our questions and was the perfect hostess. It can't get any better than this.

WOW!!! By far one the BEST!

We rented Karla's home in July and it was beyond our expectations. The house was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The dream kitchen supplied to all of our needs. Each bedroom and bathroom was elegantly appointed with fine linens that felt like a 5 star hotel. The ocean breezes and a beautiful ceiling fan in the master bedroom kept the temperature inside the home perfect. Karla was very helpful with answering all of our questions and I would highly recommend Casa Regina to our closest friends and family. The house was perfectly located minutes away from the most beautiful beaches. Of all the vacation homes we rented, Casa Regina surpassed them all in comfort and quality. We are already planning our next stay!

Wonderful One Week Vacation, Outstanding Dana Point Home In Gated Community, 1 Mile To Perfect Beach

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ... Beautifully decorated and very clean, highly upgraded home only 1 mile from wonderful Sand Point Beach and park with huge sloping lawn area and coastal for picnicking, sunsets, people-watching, walking, jogging, cycling, skating. The beach is divided into surfing-only and swimming and body boarding sectors for safety and lifeguards are present, as are restrooms, picnic tables and some BBQs with ramada covers. A very beautiful beach and area, kept clean by appreciative revelers. Dana Point Marina is less little more than 2 miles away, The RItz at Dana Point hovers on cliff above this beach. Across street from home community is St Regis resort, PCH is less than a mile for trips up and down coast, public library is at corner of PCH and Niguel Rd which home is accessed from. Everything about the approximately 1900 sq ft home was just right--beautiful linens, grounds, furnishings ... last and not least, the owner is very sweet and detail-oriented. 5 Stars.

If you don't want to spend the $$$$ in an expensive 4 or 5 star resort, my home is the place for you. I take pride in how I've furnished my home and my guests have always commented how it feels better than staying in a luxury resort. It is a perfect location to enjoy all the attractions in the area. The Ritz Carlton and Monarch Beach Resort are minutes away and offer world class spas and dining. The neighborhood is quiet and secure so expect to have a restful and relaxing stay.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I grew up here in Dana Point and I bought my home almost 20 years ago because I knew this was the place I always wanted to be. This will be my retirement home because I can't imagine anywhere else in the world I would rather be. You can't beat the weather in this area. The sunset walks down to the beach are what I cherish the most. The second bedroom upstairs has the best view in the house of the stunning sunsets and partial ocean view.
