*If traveler Books with E check or Credit card the 3% Processing fee/Homeaway transaction fee will be Deducted from $500 Security deposit. It is deducted from Owner Payout. But shall be covered by Renter* (screenshot of fee shall be provided).
By booking, All renters agree to All Rules as stated above*

Check in: after 3pm
Check out: 11am

Late check out after 11am will be assessed a $50/hour late Checkout fee up to 3 hours. After 3 hours late checkout constitutes another FULL day will be charged to the renter ($150 rate) as no new reservation can be taken that day due to 5 hours necessary to clean & prepare the rental.

*Luggage cannot be stored after 11am checkout as we are not responsible for belongings/liability. Must be arranged With host ahead of time.
