Wonderful property steps from the beach

Wonderful property literally steps from the beach. Despite being the 2nd property beach side, it's still like being right on the beach. There were many beach towels, 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella that we used every day. The design of the beach umbrella/tent was a very easy design to put up. Quick trips back to the house for a restroom break, a quick snack, or lunch. The elevator is helpful. Worked great upon arrival when hauling a lot but if you were a person with limited ability to do stairs it could be a frustrating stay. The decor is very nice, the kitchen is stocked with enough pans, kitchen utensils, etc. View is beautiful. Beds are comfortable. We had 4 adults no small children. (Kids without ability to do stairs could be kind of tough). Good location with plenty of places to eat. We would stay again.

3 story house with beach access

Many amenities, nice location, no dogs allowed on the beach, house very clean except for fans. Fans very very dusty!! Ceiling lights in top floor covered in dust working elevator. House maintained well and stocked with sheets, blankets , pillows , glasses coffee maker and an Alexa!

We had a great time enjoying this house, the location and beach ā›± We learned to keep the doors closed to each floor and the bedroom doors to keep the house and bedrooms cool.

Overall it was good. Disappointed because we were told the code for the beach chairs and toys was the same as the door and it was not. Had to go buy those things. Also, the toilet on 3rd floor doesnā€™t work correctly. Would be nice to have chairs tall enough on the top balcony to actually see over the railing. Thanks

Great times!

House is great. Location to beach was great. For the price especially. 1-2 minute walk to the water was nice. Especially with the kids. The mornings waking up catching the sunrise over the harbor and the evenings catching the sunset over the ocean was great! All from the fourth floor balcony. The 4th floor tv was on the fritz. Being the ā€œminglingā€ floor of the property, including the kitchen and dining room table, along with that incredible view from the balcony, the tv not working was kinda a downer. Only because we missed out on the NCAA tournament games. Other than that the tv would not have been an issue. And this doesnā€™t take away from the overall quality and management of the property the slightest. The property management was more than helpful in communication on any things that popped up throughout our stay. Elevator was clutch. Just make sure all access doors and entry gates to the elevator are completely closed when not using. Couple times the kids would leave a door or gate open on the 2 nd floor and when you would call for the elevator on the 4th it wouldnā€™t come. Which is a testament to the safety features of the elevator. Great for transporting luggage, groceries, older folks, and great for the vacation lazy we all so much desire. Great touch. Clean, plenty of room, beach gear in the storage. Only gripe was nearest ice cream parlors, convenience stores, etc were not with in decent walking distance. No biggie though. Loved every second staying here. Thanks!!

Holiday stay

The location was great. Steps away from the beach. House was clean on arrival and had plenty of kitchen equipment and beach equipment. The unit is 4 floors and has an elevator but it wasnā€™t working on our arrival. We contacted the owner right away but no one came to fix it until the day before we left. Two of the three showers were non functional. The place has nice views but I would not rent again given the issues mentioned

Most disappointed

Property was not flipped and in disgusting conditions. We arrived from out of state after 5 pm .. absolutely unexepytable . Thank goodness we found a new place at such short notice on a Friday night . Had to argue and threaten Vacasa for my money back once I mentioned i would post the pictures i took on social I received a full refund .

Great spaces for all!

Great access to the beach. Perfect spaces for all those who travelled with us. The master suit was perfect for my husband who was recovering from a surgery. The kids had a great time with the games and coloring supplies. Plenty of beach toys, towels, life jackets, and a wagon to drag all the stuff to the beach. Be prepared to bring all your own spices/seasonings , coffee, etcā€¦none of that is provided. Overall it was perfect for our trip and met all expectations.

Beach vacation

There are a few tiny things about this property that needs to be repaired. When you call the elevator to the lower level, sometimes the door will not open. The socket in the third-floor bathroom fell out of the wall when I plugged in the hair dryer. The rugs and the towels were all damp. I thought maybe it was a Florida ā€œthingā€, but when it took two hours to try a small load of clothes and they were still damp, I knew we had a problem. I texted them and they did respond right away but and it took until Thursday for someone to come and fix the dryer. Then it was almost time to leave so I hope just blowing out the vent really fixed it. The ceiling on the floor two looks like smoke, or some thing had come out the vent. It really needs to be painted. It would be nice on your description if you could add that there is a charcoal grill. And lastly, when we were trying to leave the door had a hard time locking. The deadbolt just wants to spin. We love the location we loved that we all had our own spaces. We love the sunsets on the balcony. We love that we were two seconds from the beach. And all in all, we had a good stay, just feel that they need to fix this few things.

Loved the house and especially the balcony!

Property was very nice. Beautiful kitchen. Loved having the elevator for luggage and groceries. I would suggest adding grab bars in the showers and supplying mats for the bottom of the tubs. We've used VRBO before. This was the nicest of all the homes. It was definitely well cared for. TV's all worked very well. I was pleasantly surprised that there was enough toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, kitchen soup, dishwashing detergent for our entire stay. Most other homes gave you a days worth of everything. I also met the owners when we arrived. That wasn't planned. They were going to the beach. They were super nice people and offered to answer any questions we had. My favorite feature of the house was the balcony on the top floor. We sat out there every evening and enjoyed the view of the ocean and then the sunset! The kitchen had a good supply of plates, cups, wine glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pot and pans. Everything was very clean. The entire house was very clean. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Beautiful home

This home was beautifully decorated and bright. It was perfectly located and you can walk right to the beach. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. It had more than enough dishes/pots in the kitchen that we could make all our meals. It had board games, toys and even coloring supplies for the kids. We enjoyed the beach toys, especially the inner tubes. We loved being able to walk right out our door to the beach. It made it so easy with kids and we were able to walk the beach and play in the water multiple times a day. The elevator was very handy, although slow, so we ended up using the steps most of the time. But even with the exercise of walking the steps, we thought this was a beautiful home in a great location with beautiful views!
